I purchased a car about a month ago and had trouble from

I purchased a car about a month ago and had trouble from the day I bought it. They promised me an extra key fob and when I asked when i'm going to get it, they lied and said it was never promised, finally after arguing and being hung up on twice, they finally sent me a fob. Recently, I found out the battery had a dead cell and was worthless, they even took off the information label on the battery showing how old it was and told me when I bought the car that the battery was new. Again, another lie. My son gave me a battery and when I asked them to send me $80, half the cost of a new battery, they turned me down. The battery in the car looked new but apparently not, again they tore off part of the label that showed the age of the battery. I got stuck in the car twice for over an hour before the battery had enough power to open the trunk, then i crawled out thru the trunk. Again, they hung up on me twice, lied about the key fob and tried to say the battery was new when it was probably over 5 years old. Anyway, that's my story and it's the total truth. I even tried to call TOM, the owner of the company and of course he never called me back. SURPRISING, RIGHT! GARY.

My wife recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes SL from Dave Towell Cadillac. We live out of state and had questions and needed additional photos during our consideration of purchasing the vehicle. Antwon and Andrew were very accomodating and assisted throughout our decision making. There were a couple of minor issues such as the accuracy of the mileage at the time of sale, but Andrew made things right and worked out a compromise that we found acceptable. All in all, it was a smooth process, especially because we were too far away to conduct business in person, and we are happy to have purchased this particular vehicle from Dave Towell.

Best Service at a Dealership I ever had

This is the best dealership experience I have every had. The quality of the service was exceptional and they made the process of buying as easy as I ever experienced. The car was ready when promised, phone calls were returned when they said they would and they took the time to help with all the vehicle set-up (which now a days is extensive). They even took care of even getting the car registered right there at the dealership (imagine no DMV). The Price of the car was very fair and they provided a Carfax showing the history of all the service to verify how well the previous owner took care of the car. I can’t be happier with my experience.

very friendly

Very friendly dealership. Maria called us several times and made a purchase of a car quite easy. Gave fair offer on our trade in via phone. Considering we had to drive 3 hours and we had to rely on her experience with cars, drive was worth it and within an hour we had a new car. I'd recommend that dealership and Maria to anyone who is looking for a new car.

GARBAGE

Terrible dealership employees are miserable. Need to just burn it all down and have someone else in charge when they start over. They do not care about you, they just want your money.
