Purchased vehicle from Dave Towell Cadillac through Bill Woods. Start to finish process was great! Never viewed the vehicle in person; purchased on internet. Vehicle was delivered and look pristine. Found minor issue with armrest on captain's chair in second row. Took it to local Chevy dealer for repair and Dave Towell Cadillac covered the repair cost in full. They certainly we're not obligated to take care of the cost of the repair as the agreement for the delivery of the vehicle was 'as is'. They however stood behind the vehicle with integrity. Thank you to the service department at Dave Towell and Bill Woods! My local Chevy dealer said what Dave Towell Cadillac did for us was basically unheard of and the service department at Dave Towell was phenomenal to deal with- seamless. Thanks for a great experience Dave Towell Cadillac and Bill Woods! Would definitely deal with again and would highly recommend. Ask for Bill Woods!

The appointment took a little longer than I thought, but an electrical connector needed to also be replaced. I was able to get my car in for service the same day that I called, which was great since I was leaving on vacation & needed a headlight replaced. Dropped off my ATS to have an issue looked at. When return I was told there was a $99 charge to look at it. Never once did the service rep tell me about a service fee. He said 'that's just policy you signed on the lined'. No, you told me sign to give authorization to look at the car, never ONCE was I told about a fee. I think it's poor business. The other thing is a car that's 4,000 miles outside warranty and the Cue system screen goes nonreaponsive and now it's going to be $1,300 to fix. I've had the car 3 months and if nothing can be done for fixing the Cue on the manufacturer's customer assistance, then I'm tempted to sell the car and never buy a Cadillac again if this is the quality of their product. Very upset and displeased after my visit.
