Purchased vehicle from Dave Towell Cadillac through Bill Woods. Start to finish process was great! Never viewed the vehicle in person; purchased on internet.... Vehicle was delivered and look pristine. Found minor issue with armrest on captain's chair in second row. Took it to local Chevy dealer for repair and Dave Towell Cadillac covered the repair cost in full. They certainly we're not obligated to take care of the cost of the repair as the agreement for the delivery of the vehicle was 'as is'. They however stood behind the vehicle with integrity. Thank you to the service department at Dave Towell and Bill Woods! My local Chevy dealer said what Dave Towell Cadillac did for us was basically unheard of and the service department at Dave Towell was phenomenal to deal with- seamless. The appointment took a little longer than I thought, but an electrical connector needed to also be replaced. I was able to get my car in for service the... same day that I called, which was great since I was leaving on vacation & needed a headlight replaced. I was able to work thanks to your WIFI & the car wash was greatly appreciated. Thank you
Dropped off my ATS to have an issue looked at. When return I was told there was a $99 charge to look at it. Never once did the service rep tell me about... a service fee. He said 'that's just policy you signed on the lined'. No, you told me sign to give authorization to look at the car, never ONCE was I told about a fee. I think it's poor business. The other thing is a car that's 4,000 miles outside warranty and the Cue system screen goes nonreaponsive and now it's going to be $1,300 to fix. I've had the car 3 months and if nothing can be done for fixing the Cue on the manufacturer's customer assistance, then I'm tempted to sell the car and never buy a Cadillac again if this is the quality of their product. Very upset and displeased after my visit.
We returned to Dave Towell Cadillac because of the experience we had with our salesman Ted Davis. Ted is a low key, experienced gentleman. We did purchase... a beautiful extremely low mileage used STS. Murphy's law did come into play and we did have a problem with the car immediately. I called and Ted came to work on his off day and made sure that we were taken care of. I will hold judgement on the service department until we get our car back By all means, visit this dealership and ask for Ted. He will treat you with respect and be certain to match your needs with the car you need.

The experience with the dealership was grade A! Jeff and his fellow co-workers were a supportive bridge during a questionable period over the warranty... coverage. They stayed neutral but informative during each stage of the warranty resolution.
The staff is really great. They do a great job, always friendly. I would recommend any Cadillac owner go to Dave Towell for service. They deserve some... recognition for going above and beyond .
Went to look at a used car which was under the book value. I believed that it must have had some dings and maybe a problem or two that would need to be... repaired however I called and was not told of anything that I would soon find. Maybe I am partly to blame for believing I could get lucky on a great find but I went to look at the car anyway. I live over an hour away which the salesman was aware of when I talked to him over the phone and when I get there I find a car that looked as if it had been taken through a demolition derby twice and back. I was appalled and the salesman had nothing else of interest.The car they showed me was absolute trash which had no business being on the road. The salesman was probably just trying to pawn off that car to either a young person like myself or someone in a bad financial situation where that party could say they drive a cadillac which sounds nice. I walked away disappointed and and frustrated by my visit. I would not recommend looking for a vehicle at this dealership.
