We weren't planning on buying a car that day but couldn't pass up the deal. Walked in and bought a used Aviator within 30 minutes. Sam and Jere remembered us from prior years. They knew we were shoppers and this was not the first place we'd been in. I told Sam what we were looking for. He had the info up in a minute on his computer. We picked one out. He brought it up. It was beautiful. We took it for a drive. Nice!!! Jere greeted us when we got back. It had been 3? years since we'd bought our last one. He remembered us and remembered we were shoppers. He told Sam to bring the paperwork into his office. Inside of a few minutes, we received an offer that was better than anything we had seen on line or at the other dealers. We told him we'd take it. It was late in the day. They had the car ready the next morning. Closing went smoothly and we were off in a jiffy. Drove the car on errands today and love the look, ride and ambiance. Really pleased with the financing as well. You will make a mistake if you are looking for a Lincoln and don't just stop in and check with them. I suspect the sales staff are all professional, but I have to say, we like Sam. When we went to pick up the car, I was kicking myself for not having asked for a few free oil changes. I'd forgotten because I was so pleased with the offer. To my surprise, Jere greeted us again and immediately offered 3 free oil changes (tire rotation and wiper replacement) without me even saying a word. Nice folks! Good businessmen. They've been there a while and do a lot of business. And it's because they are good.

I’ve been with Varsity Lincoln and Denise Biardi for 30 years. Prior to me becoming a customer my father and stepmother were also customers of Varsity Lincoln. We share a long history. My family combined has nearly 100 years of Lincoln loyalty. Denise has always been very attentive, informative and thorough as my salesperson. I trust her implicitly. She is by far. The best sales person that Varsity has on staff, In my opinion! Just yesterday she delivered a new Corsair to my home. She had all the paperwork ready to be signed. At this point, We’ve been working together for so long that I don’t even need to read the paperwork that’s how much I trust her. She’s always has my best interest at heart! If you need a new vehicle and are interested in Lincoln, I would highly suggest that you do business with Varsity Lincoln and Denise Biardi.She is the best.

Professional and fair! Jere, the general manager, went above and beyond. Delivered my car to my home and even brought us dinner! Then sent me Lincoln scents after the deal was closed. Would highly recommend buying a car here!
