This is our third Lincoln which we have purchased from

This is our third Lincoln which we have purchased from Varsity LIncoln. We could not be more pleased. The quality of the used cars and the attention to detailing to make these vehicles be like new is amazing. We were delighted with the number of vehicles which we had to choose from. Deb and Linda were a delight to work with and were, as usual, warm, helpful, and very professional. They guided us through the process painlessly. The finance manager, Stephen was also very helpful and guided us through the portion of the sale as well. They all had helpful advice and took their time. There is a reason that we travel two and a half hours from Grand Haven to purchase our cars at Varsity Lincoln. We feel like family.

Received a recall notice and called Varsity service

Received a recall notice and called Varsity service department to schedule the fix. I was told this recall could be handled at my house by the Varsity mobile tech. The tech arrived as scheduled and resolved the recall issue in very short order. Tyler and his assistant are to be commended for their professionalism and service.

We've been getting our cars from Varsity Lincoln(Mercury) for over 20 years and for most of those years Jeff Nickoloff has been sales person. Jeff and the staff of Varsity has been for us the best car purchase and service experience that we've had in the almost 60 years of buying cars.
