First time at this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised of how friendly everyone was! I found a vehicle online, so that is why I came. The sales person, Dustin, was very extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I actually enjoyed the process because he was so personable. The whole staff was great!

I purchased a used chrysler van from John Winkler a sales representative at Toth Buick in the fall 2022. John and the staff made the transaction easy and explained everything about the van to me, however being a used van a few weeks later i had some issues with the van I was amazed that after only one call to John everything was resolved perfectly The van now runs like new ! Before the van i leased a Buick Encore from John and again a perfect experience. I would highly recommend Toth Buick and definitely John Winkler if a purchase is in your future.

Great service
I recently bought my second vehicle from Toth Buick GMC. I have had experience buying both new and used vehicles there. I have been treated fairly, with respect, and both times I felt like I got an amazing deal. I care so much about the safety of what I drive and this has been really important while purchasing and maintaining my vehicles. I have gotten my vehicles serviced at Toth for the last 6 years. They never over sell me and they always make sure to keep me and my growing family in mind (and both SUV’s also keep me looking good, too). Sometimes you hear about gender stereotypes and how a woman is treated going in to purchase cars and I’ve actually experienced that at other dealerships, but Toth makes me feel like part of the family and I’m proud to support a family owned business.

Don't let them work on your vehicle
I took my GMC to get diagnostic. I drove it there. Next day they say it has 7k 7,000 worth of repairs needed done to it. They can only give me $500 if they were to buy it. But other dealership was going to give me 4k 4,000 to buy it as is with even the check engine light on. I think they're swindling me.

Worse experience with a body shop ever !!
I own a 2020 GMC terrain . I was hit by another driver on my driver side of my vehicle. I decided to take my truck to Toth because their a GMC dealer sob I knew I would get all GMC direct parts. That was the worst decision I could’ve made I drop my car off on May 7 went Wednesday the May 12th to pick it back up. I get there and it’s like they did the bare minimum I have small dings on the bottom of my door right above my door molding when I pointed them out to Todd he says to me you have to admit it’s small . I don’t care how small it is I don’t want any dings or scratches on my car also the moldings where not new. He insisted that the moldings were new and must have came in scratched. I came back today to pick my car up and it’s like they sanded those spots but not do the full work up on it because it was small they did the bare minimum . Did not paint the whole entire door like they charged insurance company for.I’m very upset and tried to express this and no one there even cared . The sales people and service men are nice . Unlike the body shop horrible customer service and work in the body shop is like a back yard Mecanic . I have the insurance company adjuster coming out to look at the door and someone else will fix it correctly. It’s not a large my spot but I expected my truck to be back exactly how it was before the accident. Also for them to do what they charged the insurance for
