Horrible Experience not Worth the Trouble

I Bought a Saab Convertible From Them and I Was Mislead By the Owner and Had Him Repair the Other Saab I Own And They Over Charged Me On the Repairs and Kept My Car For Three Months...They Lie and Put Used Parts on and Charge You for New ,Stay Clear ,I Have Over 10000 Dollars In Repair Bills and Didn't Even Give Me Back The Mats ,Covers for the Fuse Boxes and I Had to Take Both Cars to Another Mechanic To Be Told They Didn't Replace Anything, Except a Few Things and Charged Me for Things They Never Done , Horrible And Costly Experience, Even Turned Them Into The BBB and They Wouldn't Respond to Them !! Broke and Disappointed !!

Armando's Saab in Canfield, OH is top shelf!

I highly recommend Armando's if you are in need of a new or used European car and/or servicing. They have been servicing my Saabs since 2003 and I have purchased two vehicles from them. honestly I have never had to return after a repair and they do everything they can to meet my schedule. Great work Randy and Co.!

great deal and really good people

If your ready to buy that car of your dreams this is place to go.Armando and his staff were a pleasure to do business with.I got a great deal,a very fair price on my trade and they worked on getting me to where I needed to be with the payments.So if you want good service,good people take a ride to Armando's.Thanks again. Mislead Customer

I inquired about a vehicle on line and then came to the dealership to view the vehicle based on the dealer's description and photos on cars.com. The vehicle had a clean car fax showing no damages. The dealer said the vehicle had not been wrecked. When I came to view the vehicle, it was obvious that the vehicle had body work completed. The body work was not good quality either. When I questioned the dealer he made excuses and basically lied about his knowledge of the body work. He continues to represent the vehicle as a clean vehicle. This dealer is definitely, a "buyer beware" dealer.
