Awful! Unprofessional. I found an F250 on the dealers website, I ask for more info on the truck and to get an appointment to see it. I show up for my appointment,... the salesman that I was told to ask for had no idea who I was and ask me to wait. 35 minutes later he come back over to me and asked what I was there for. Because he did not know of the truck that I was scheduled to see. He found the truck on the dealership site. But he said he still had no idea of the truck or where it was. So we went to look for it on the lot and we never did find it. He then tells me he will talk to his manager and get back to me in the morning. I get a call from the receptionist the next day to reschedule my appointment, I asked her if they found it she asked if they found what. I explained what had happened the day before. She then said she would call me back. She never called. So I called that evening and she said that the salesman that I dealt with the day before was off work that day. A week goes by and I don't hear from the salesman so I called and was told that the truck was sent to action. So by this time I am furious and started looking elsewhere for a new truck. And 2 more weeks go by and I get a text from the receptionist saying they found the truck and would like me to come look at it. I said I would like pictures before I drive another 40 minutes to look at something that they probably don't dont have. They sent me a blank email, I replied back to the email telling them that the email was blank with no attachments and sent a text to the salesman saying so. I never got a reply back from anyone at the company. You can't even give them your money.

You no that old saying when people do something incredible for u.. PASS IT ON.. that's what they did for me thank you!! In my situation lost my old... car to an accident in December had no money down.I have a big family of 4 kids and other family members living with us . And not very good credit. They pulled off a miracle for me with in my budget... Thank you Donnell ford for everything..PASS IT ON!!!

Don was very informative on giving me information my new Ecosport and is a very nice, kind sales representative. He was not pushy or aggressive.
Bought a used car. 2016 Ford Fusion, saw the car and fell in love. It was just what I wanted. Phil the salesman said he would call me in a day or two to... see how I liked it. I explained to him that something was wrong and I thought it was a tire. He said to make an appointment and if needed we would be given a loaner if needed. When I contacted the service department he was not pleasant and when asked about a loaner he doesn't know if ones available . Made appointment for Friday and this is Monday. Take the car out and after the car was checked we were told I had to buy new tires because the tire had a flat spot. The first word out of both AJ the sales manager and Phil the salesman were "We don't guarantee the tires. I just bought the car and paid a lot for it. I asked can you give me one new tire, AJ says "No I can't do that". So he says "We will rotate the tire, drive on it a week maybe it will go away." Well now you can really feel and hear the tire whop, whopping as your driving. Called Phil and he says "We don't guarantee tires. I'll talk to AJ and call me back in a half hour. He conveniently was not there and hasn't called back." Now I have to go buy new tires for a new car. Do not go to Flynn Auto Group. There is no "Price sells cars and service keeps them" and no "That's why for over 43 years it's about building lasting relationships on trust." You can't trust. Just like ever other used car dealership.

I must say, their service is "IMPECCABLE" to say the least. They don't just sell you the car and walk away; they actually insist they that... you please allow them to teach you how to work ALL the gadgets You need a ride just ask for Ron the car salesman and Angel in finance.
