It can be a little stressful purchasing a car online, so working with people who are responsive to your questions and concerns definitely helps to provide a comfort level. Tom Craig and Dustin Dykes were extremely helpful throughout the process, responding to my questions in a timely manner, usually within a couple hours. All in all, they provided excellent customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them help me with future vehicle purchases.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Tom was caring and respectful His manager and the finance person were also helpful. I left with a new car, feeling like I got a good deal and a good value for my trade in. I never felt rushed or pressured at the dealership.

Everyone and I mean everyone I interacted with were very pleasant. I feel I got a good value for my trade in and got a killer deal on a lightly used Bolt. Tom Craig was an awesome seller who made sure I got a charging cable with my Bolt. Sarah who did the financing was very nice and easy going. It's great knowing there's good dealerships out there after being burned in the past. Keep up the great work guys!

I was looking to purchase a car recently and was cut by a DIRTY razor wedged in the seat. This car was filthy. This is an untrustworthy dealership proceed with caution. They tried coming up with some excuse for it and did not take it serious. I had my two toddlers with me as well. The manager Mark was rude. Not what you would expect from a big dealership. I would stay clear

Hi it's Lindsay I work in our online department. I tried to respond to you via email after the Google review last week. Then our sales manager Scottie Robb left a detailed message and no response. I talked to both our sales manager and sales associate there and the people around didn't get the same impression that Mark was rude but I understand you did so I wanted to apologize if it came across that way from your perspective. It is certainly not our intention and we take all of it seriously both good and bad reviews. The razor on the seat shouldn't of been there after removing the sticker on the window. The auto-body department made the repair of my vehicle easy and seamless. They kept me informed of the progress twice a week, and having a rental car right there for me to jump into was so much easier than dealing with an outside provider. Thank you!
