I have a ram 3500 and this is the only dealership I

I have a ram 3500 and this is the only dealership I trust. Repairs are done quickly. I’ve never had an issue where I had to return the vehicle because of faulty repair. Thanks

Eric did a fantastic job getting me my car on Monday.

Eric did a fantastic job getting me my car on Monday. he made it so easy. a big thanks to him and the finance guy also. it was mostly done over the phone and then he personally delivered the car to me. i love my 2015 bug convertible and it will now join my other ones which are hardtops. i will recommend them to everyone!!!! thanks so much!!!!! Always take my cars here to get service done and I have

Always take my cars here to get service done and I have no complaints. They give me an estimate before I get the work done and always do the best job! I have also bought multiple vehicles from here and I have no complaints so far, the sales men are great and the inventory is very good quality.

Bought a bmw 2 weeks ago was told nothing wrong with it,

Bought a bmw 2 weeks ago was told nothing wrong with it, brought car back to top fluids off and get better detail last week, this week now needs a new rack and pinion replaced …$5000. Manager said have my lawyer call him. I can’t bring the car back. They hide mechanical needs and are liars. With other dealers around- choose someone else. These guys are snakes looking to make a buck

Would absolutely recommend.

Would absolutely recommend. No weird fees, handled remotely and picked up in person. They even gave me a ride from the airport. Knew how to handle tax license and other documents. Perfect transaction.

Dodge Ram 1500 buyers remorse

Not pleased with Wooster dodge even though I know they are covered by “the rules”. Lots of electrical problems with my 2 yr old ram. Unfortunately at 38000 miles warranty ends at 36000. Finally my grandson noticed the rear window leaking badly. Had to have been a factory seal problem that has been on going but not discovered until 2000 miles over the warranty. I’m screwed and all I get is a sorry about your luck. Wife says I got a lemon and to trade in on a ford. Everyone check your back window for leaks

Dingler, it looks like we haven't seen you in our service department with your truck since you purchased it a few years ago. According to the carfax, you are servicing it at an independent shop so we aren't able to verify anything about the electrical problems. We did run a report thru FCA and didn't see any service history or warranty claims regarding electrical problems either. What kind of problems have you been experiencing? Unfortunately we do not dictate the warranty terms when it comes to new vehicles but your window may just need a new seal. We do have a company that comes out to our store every Monday and they specialize is water leak detection and repair. Should you want them to look at it, you can call our service department and make an appointment.
