I did a build n price off gmc website and Ron Marhofer in Canton popped up matching the majority of the features I was looking for in a new truck. Plus they had the best discounts within 100mi radius. The sales consultant I worked with was Steve Richards. He had very calm, no pressure attitude, something I havent experienced at previous dealerships in the past. He answered all my questions and concerns which made the purchasing experience feel like a breeze. He was there every step of the way even after the initial purchase ensuring I knew how to navigate all the options on my new truck. He followed up a week later asking if I had any issues or concerns, dont hesitate to reach out to him. He is very customer focused and was a pleasure to work with. If you decide to visit this dealership, I'd highly recommend asking to work with him.

I?ve purchased a few car brands from multiple different dealerships and our experience at Ron Marhofer Buick GMC has to be the best one yet! We got stuck in traffic and arrived later at the dealership than what we wanted, and our sales consultant Joanna stayed late to help us and answer all our questions. Then when we came back to pick up our vehicle the process was very smooth and quick, and we were on our way home in no time! Joanna really answered all our questions and didn?t bombard us with all the unnecessary info we didn?t need at that time. If/when we purchase another GMC vehicle, I wouldn?t hesitate coming back.

TERRIBLE TREATMENT and they really don’t care. I made a deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HD on Saturday afternoon. I had an appointment at 10 AM the following Monday to trade in my truck and do the paperwork on the new truck completing the transaction. The truck was sold before I got there after I had made a deal with Joanna on Saturday. Joanna even mentioned to me that it happens more often than you would think. LIVID!

My husband and I live in the Cincinnati area and found a new 2025 Yukon Elevation at Ron Marhofer for a great price. The price was as advertised online- no bait and switch with employee pricing or discounts that only certain groups qualify for- just a flat dealer discount. We worked with Steven and the process was smooth and easy- definitely worth driving 3.5 hours.
