TERRIBLE TREATMENT and they really don’t care.

TERRIBLE TREATMENT and they really don’t care. I made a deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HD on Saturday afternoon. I had an appointment at 10 AM the following Monday to trade in my truck and do the paperwork on the new truck completing the transaction. The truck was sold before I got there after I had made a deal with Joanna on Saturday. Joanna even mentioned to me that it happens more often than you would think. LIVID!

My husband and I live in the Cincinnati area and found a new 2025 Yukon Elevation at Ron Marhofer for a great price. The price was as advertised online- no bait and switch with employee pricing or discounts that only certain groups qualify for- just a flat dealer discount. We worked with Steven and the process was smooth and easy- definitely worth driving 3.5 hours.

The worst dealership I have ever encountered .

The worst dealership I have ever encountered . From not returning phone calls and I have asked for more pic of under side of the truck I was trying to buy for a week. Waiting for them to get the truck out of the shop so I can buy it. And no return calls after requesting information on the truck. The truck is 40,000 dollars not a cheap truck . And I have bought over 20 + vehicles.
