Nice supportive salesman.

Nice supportive salesman. Daniel did a great job. I just dislike the car purchase experience, especially when a trade-in situation is involved. Being told that because the vehicle was already reduced, they had to find a way to make some money was a bit off-putting. I understand it was discounted and why I was there, but I don't want to feel I'm being shorted on my trade in some way.

Purchased a loaner Edge SL being sold as new.

Purchased a loaner Edge SL being sold as new. Worked with Daniel and he was great! From getting the price right to fixing a few little things, he was right on top of it. His communication was perfect and he texted regularly to let us know what was going on. He even kept my son in the loop as he was my helper in the decision making process because my husband had recently passed. Couldn't have been more pleased with Daniel and the others involved.

Dealer neglected to submit tax rebate information.

Dealer neglected to submit tax rebate information. Repeated calls to the finance department were ignored. When I finally reached someone the form they supplied was inaccurate and incomplete. Required an actual visit to the store to get the form filled out. It appears that the dealer was required to submit within 3 days of the sale the sale information to the IRS. Dealer stated they were denied access to the IRS site in 2024. Sales manager stated the finance department just don't know what they are doing and don't understand how to submit tax forms. Bottom line is I and others are probably not going to get that $7500 tax credit. On the plus side I love the truck. I would have been nice if they were upfront/honest at the start. Do what you want, but I'm not going back.

My car would not start on Monday February 17 and had a

My car would not start on Monday February 17 and had a hard time using jumper cables due to battery location on my Escape. After multiple tries finally started. The battery was very low and I called the service department. Michelle immediately helped me and provided me an appointment for next morning. I drove my car directly to dealer while running. Renee Gerber was so helpful as I explained had 2 medical appointments next day. They replaced my battery and delivered my car back to me in record time! Thanks to the amazing service department. Thank you
