Was not expected to be so impressed by this place. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their car. They had done service on it themselves and the car was in better shape than every comparable vehicle by 2 steps! Everything from the service that was done, to the cleanliness, it literally shined. We were able to work out a quick, fair deal and drove it 100 miles back home!

Inquiry never addressed. I asked specific questions about the vehicle in my inquiry, and all I received was a generic form reply. The inquiry was never read, and my response to the generic form was never responded to.

Great friendly sales staff willing to give you as much time as needed, no pressure willing to make purchase as easy as possible.

I bought my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid from them and they were very accommodating. I'm a truck driver and so I had to use my sis n her husband to look at the vehicle, test drive it, cut the deal and give them the down payment I gave her. All in the same day. Then when it was time to sign the ppwork Dan came out to meet me on an off-ramp because I couldn't drive my rig to the dealer. I finally got a chance to drive my own vehicle this past weekend from OH to PA to NY and then back to PA and the ride was smooth. I highly recommend this dealer and salesman Dan McCord in particular.

I had contacted sales/finance guy KC Markley a couple times to tell him what I was looking for and by the time I went in he had picked out a couple of options for me to drive. I went in and left with a 2016 Kia and the process was easy and he explained everything great and answered all the questions I had. Recommend this place and KC 100%.

Courtesy Automotive was great to deal with when we bought my husband's car. I emailed the car I saw and was interested in test driving, they confirmed the car would be there on Saturday for the test drive. They guaranteed that the price I saw online would be the price we paid for the car. By getting pre-approved thru our bank we sped up the time it takes to buy a car and they appreciated it. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in buying a new or used car.

We bought a 2013 Silverado truck from Courtesy. The salesman, Ray, was easy to work with and gave us no pressure to make a decision. We were given plenty of time and space to look the truck over. It was a nicer truck than expected, which is why we decided to buy it. I highly recommend buying from Courtesy.
