Great Experience

Amazing service and excellent car prices. This is my 4th car buying experience and they have all been good but my visit here was the most straightforward and convenient one. KC helped me with all my needs and went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with my purchase. I've never had such a great car buying experience. Never once felt like i was being pressured or misinformed. If I could give an extra star I would.

Excellence experiance

Excellent Car Buying experience. We were looking for a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee for several months. I was using the Cars.com app on my phone when I came across this vehicle. We went down to Courtesy Automall after work to look at the Jeep. When we got there K.C. Markley told us it was out being serviced and that he would call us when it came back. Late the next morning he called to say it was back, so we went and looked at after work and drove it home that night. We had a small hitch with the paperwork but K.C. kept on it till it was work out to our satisfaction. They are a great bunch of people to work with. Next time we are looking for another used car we will start there.

First Time Buyer to Life Time Buyer

This dealership and these guys are phenomenal. From Dan McCord remembering the number of times I drove by, stopped and walked the lot, to K.C. Markley bending over backwards to help us get the right financing and manageable monthly payments, buying from Courtesy felt like buying from a trusted family member. K.C. and Mr. Heflin were up front about pricing and all aspects of the fabulous car we were able to drive home for good just one day after an extended test drive. K.C. stayed late the day of the sale to help us get all the paperwork signed, and even brought our daughter a coloring book to keep her entertained (that, and letting her sit in the showroom cars). And if that wasn't enough, as we were walking out to drive the vehicle home David took the time to help me program the vehicle's blue tooth to recognize my phone. Gary (and K.C.) you've gained another satisfied customer. Thank you.

Great job!

After searching exhaustively for a used car online, I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience a Courtesy. I worked with Ray and he was very responsive and easy to work with. He allowed me to drive the car I was interested in for an extended period of time, which really helped me determine the size the car would be adequate for my needs. Negotiating also was easy ? I appreciate when the sales person doesn't make negotiating more of a game of haggling back-and-forth. He was to the point and honest with me about what my options were, and I felt like I could trust him. He was responsive to all phone calls, texts and questions I had. For these reasons, I would definitely recommend anybody using Courtesy and Ray as a salesperson to work with while there.

Give these guys your business before ANYONE!

From Dan McCord starting the process with me to K.C. Markley wrapping it up, my experience as a first time buyer couldn't have been more comfortable and smooth. They worked with me to find the right car with payments within my means and made me feel important through the whole process. They don't want to sell you something just to make commission, they want to sell you something that makes you happy. No pressure and no hidden information. I was taken on test drives and never once did I feel like they were pushing anything on me.

Great service!

We just bought our second car from Courtesy and have had nothing but great experiences with them! After getting into a wreck, their repairs look amazing and it's like nothing ever happened. Not only does the car look awesome, they took great care of us and really took a lot of stress out of our situation. When purchasing our second car, they were able to point out a couple cars that fit perfectly with our needs and we both felt really confident in the quality of their cars. I have nothing but great things to say about every single person we've had contact with during our visits to Courtesy. From their shop to the sales team, they really make us feel like we're valued customers.

Great customer service!!

I couldn't have asked for an easier car buying process. K.C. figured out the financing and got us in a car in the same day, no hassle. After totalling my car, he made the process as smooth as can be and stress free!! If you're looking for a car (new or used) I would highly recommend checking out this location!

Overall great experience

My experience with Courtesy Automall was very pleasant. I went here just to look at cars since I was in the market for a new car and I happened to stumble upon my ideal car. I stopped by later on a Saturday when they were closing but a sales man took his time to help me out and show me the car. They waited for me to get everything sorted out with my insurance and made the car buying experience very easy and got me the payments I wanted with the protection on it I wanted. If you're in the market for a new car and Courtesy has a car you're looking for, stop by and see them.

Our first purchase from Couresy Automall

We worked with Ray at Courtesy and found the purchase of our 2012 Nissan Rogue to be a pleasant experience. The negotiations were simple and low key, the cars were presented well and they had a good selection. We would do business with them again,
