Thanks to everyone at Woody Sander Ford. Ryan in the service department is great as are the mechanics. Everyone treats me like family. A big shout-out to my salesperson, all the staff, managers and office personnel. I wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else!

Known issues not addressed
The first new Ford I buy is a lemon. To be fair to Woody Sander, it's really more of a Ford problem, but when you "sell" a vehicle you are tacitly endorsing it and taking a measure of responsibility. So, when your 5 year old Ford Transit Connect dumps a transmission after 100,000 miles of mostly highway driving you get a little upset. Then the archetypical service manager tells you he's sorry but he can't do anything about that. Then he gives you the "have done your maintenance" routine and doesn't offer to help out in a situation of Ford's creation that his company has promoted. A problem, which is clearly a quality issue across the entire production model, that leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth. Then he chimes in with the "did you get the extended warranty" line. I've purchased mostly Toyota's in my life and between my and family we've probably owned 10. From Corollas, Camry's, Highlanders to the Avalon not one went back in for a warranty problem . NONE lost a transmission; EVER. I realize that's anecdotal but clearly if you Google this issue, it's widespread. This is a bad look for Ford. I really would like to buy American...but then this happens.

Woody Sander Ford-Great Dealership- Great Service!
First experience with this dealer when purchasing my '23 Bronco. Was a LONG order process and the dealer stuck with it and delivered. When car arrived with a few glitches from factory, Wood Sander Ford promptly fixed them... good customer service- highly recommend Woody Sander to anyone interested in Ford cars or service.

I was welcome with a cheerful greeting. I waited for my car to get its 100900 checkup. They had a nice waiting room and when my car was done the service gentleman came to get me. He told me what they did and took me to the person I needed to pay for my car.
