Great dealership

I have dealt with many dealers in my time and Kings Mall Porsche is one of the best. Ron (my salesman) couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Nicole in finance was terrific and had me out of there in no time. Anyone looking for a new or used Porsche check these folks out because they do offer good customer service.

Fantastic Experience!

I worked with Michael Anthony for my car purchase and he was awesome! He was very descriptive of the car to the point where I felt comfortable buying my 370Z sight-unseen! I live in Indiana and he personally delivered the car to my home for no charge! I am extremely happy with both the car and the service I received and high recommend Porsche of kinds!

Amazingly deatailed.

Many times when I visit a dealer I know much more about the cars they are selling than they do. This was certainly NOT the case with Mike Gerber. Mike's product knowledge and features of the models within that line were second to none. I have not made a decision as to which 911 I would like to purchase but when I do I will calling Mr. Gerber for sure.

Awesome Buying Experience

This is the second Porsche that I have purchased from Joseph Porsche of Kings Automall. I purchased / ordered a new 2017 Boxster S for my 50th birthday a few years back. I had Mike Gerber as my sales expert. Mike is an awesome individual and an true asset to the Porsche brand. Mike helped guide me through the entire build and buying experience. He made sure that I did not make any rookie mistakes. We took delivery at the Porsche Experience Center in Atlanta (another awesome experience). I drove the 2017 Boxster S for 1.5 years and then the 911 Carrera bug bit hard! I called Mike Gerber to discuss my passion of owning a Carrera. He helped me search the United Stated for the perfect the Certified Pre-Owned 911. After many conversations, I decided to purchase a new 2018 Porsche 911 Carrera S that Mike had in stock. He was able to sell me my dream car at a very competitive price. I would fully recommend Joseph Porsche of Kings Automall and make sure that you ask for Mike Gerber!

Great Brand Ambassador at Porsche

Ive taken delivery of 5 cars through Joseph Porsche. Two Porsche's and 3 others that Joseph has a dealership for but wanted to take delivery at Porsche by Mike Gerber. Found out that he was selected by Porsche as one of the 100 best Brand Ambassadors in the company and it shows. Mike spent a lot of time with me and my wife, we felt more like clients not just a customer. Fantastic. Yeah we'll be back.

here; you have to buy the car before you can test drive it.

I lease cars to enjoy different kinds. i thought to lease a Porche this time. the agent was pretty bold with me. when i asked to test drive the 911, he first said " if this car makes 30 miles, the chance to sell will be slim". then he further said "if you interested we can drive it for couple miles in the area". he then said "I will have to move some cars around to get this car out" after he finally got the car out for test drive, he kept the engine on for about 10 minutes, worked on taking some of the air off the wheels for another 10 minutes before he approached me saying "this car will probably run 3k/month, do you have a budget in mind"? and eventually he tok back inside. I thought this is ridiculous and never experienced something like this before. I am not sure why this sales agent think I am not worthy buying his car. I am a surgeon and won't waste my time if I am not interested. I will certainly consider a different dealer if I decided to buy a Porche. I do not think I will be ever to this place again except for service just for my convience.

Another great purchase

I have turned to Kings Porsche for the purchase of my last few sports cars. I have always felt the passion that the staff has for the product that they represent. A bad after-taste

Chrissy was helpful, prompt and friendly before and during the sale. She also followed up well. The facilities need an update compared to the other dealerships but they did say that it would be updated. The trouble began after I got the CPO Porsche home and I had it inspected at the local Porsche dealer. During the inspection, scuff marks on the inside of the rim and deep gash on the inside sidewall of the rear left tire were found. The brake fluid flush service was also missed in the inspection. On letting them know that, they promptly covered the brake fluid flush but maintained that the scuffs on the inside of the rim were incurred after I drove the car out of the lot. I had been babying the car and an incident that would cause curb rash on the inside of the rims would be noticeable. I couldn't have missed it. At this point, it was my word against theirs and Mack refused to work towards a solution claiming his expert mechanics wouldn't have missed it (although they did miss the brake fluid flush) It just left a bitter taste in my mouth after what was a good experience at the dealership. The trust in the quality of Porsche CPO has also taken a hit. I am sharing this story publicly because of lack of any kind of resolution from the dealer or the brand #PorscheCares is a front and doesn't care at all. Be warned and consider getting the car inspected privately when dealing with them, especially if it is an expensive CPO car.

Dealer response

This customer took delivery of his 2015 Porsche Carrera Coupe on 8-12-2017, and not until 9-18-2017, did he make us aware of such issue with his tire and rim. He also neglected to say, that it was over 1000 miles since he took delivery. Once the brake flush was realized it hadn't been completed, I immediately sent him a reimbursement check to cover that cost. So to say we missed the brake flush, we did, but you don't visibly miss a brake flush. I am 100% sure my service tech could not have missed the cut on the inside of the tire, or the scuff to the rim. This happened during his first 40 days of ownership, and during his 1000 miles plus of use. It's a shame, people really don't tell the whole story, when trying to get something that is not deserving. You can look at all our Dealer ratings, from other sites, and of course Cars.com, you will realize what kind of Dealership this is. This is a very well respected Dealership, and we go out of our way to make all customers 100% satisfied.
