Overall, had a very positive experience with Kings Kia.

Overall, had a very positive experience with Kings Kia. Worked with Jake G to look at several different used cars and he was honest and respectful young man. Also briefly chatted with the Dylan and he was a real professional. Kind, courteous and with a big smile. Finally, after deciding to make a purchase, work with Rhonda in finance and she couldn't have been nicer and more professional. A real pro's pro, so to speak. When it comes time for me to look for my next car, I will start with King's Kia, no doubt about it!

Deshawn was extremely helpful and did not try to force

Deshawn was extremely helpful and did not try to force something in me that I did not want. All my life I’ve had bad experiences with car dealerships. This time I walked away happy with everything.

This was the worst service experience I have ever had in

This was the worst service experience I have ever had in my life after 30 years of car ownership. Forget about someone answering the phone or returning your calls. I had to pick up the car after 3 days of inaction and take it somewhere else. Beware—do not go to this dealership!

DeShawn is a solid individual.

DeShawn is a solid individual. Personable, kind, and friendly. He was not pushy and answered all of our questions. When he was not sure about something, he went to find someone who was able to answer our question. Ask for Deshawn when visiting Kings Kia!

I've been calling and texting 3 days.

I've been calling and texting 3 days. No response. Need to see if a repair is covered under warranty. We live over 40 mins away so getting a reply is necessary. Abysmal service and we haven't even gotten the car in yet

There has been no service! No return call from the service department and chat team keeps saying they send the request. Ive been told that literally twelve times that someone would get back to but no one has.
