I am very surprised this dealership has this great of reviews. I drove in from out of state to purchase a specific used car. There was 1 major issue with it that the dealer did not want to address in order to make the sell. The salesman also wasn't driven at all to get us the vehicle and acted like he nor the sales manager cared one bit about our concerns with the car. All in all, we walked away and drove hours back home. And I'm a veteran that spent veterans day sitting at a desk arguing about a car we did not even purchase. I cannot stand stealerships like this.

I get treated like a VIP customer every time. Owning 4 KIAs, I enjoy my experience when taking in my cars for regular maintenance & service. I get treated so well, that I enjoy bringing treats to the service department. Lots of people say they don't like going to dealerships to have their cars serviced, but I wouldn't want to take my car any other place. My last service advisor was Keaton. He did a great job of making me feel completely comfortable.

Overall, had a very positive experience with Kings Kia. Worked with Jake G to look at several different used cars and he was honest and respectful young man. Also briefly chatted with the Dylan and he was a real professional. Kind, courteous and with a big smile. Finally, after deciding to make a purchase, work with Rhonda in finance and she couldn't have been nicer and more professional. A real pro's pro, so to speak. When it comes time for me to look for my next car, I will start with King's Kia, no doubt about it!
