This dealer makes you pay the credit card companies charge back to them. They also don’t honor warranty companies and make you pay up front. Must be a cash flow issue. Probably going out of business and can’t afford the normal cost of doing business which credit cards are part of doing business Told me I had to deal with my warranty company which is not true with Endurance.

Had a appointment to check the car and car is not available at their dealership. Said its 12 minuted away and I waited for more than 30 min. No one bothered to check the status. waste of time

Worst ever dealership, do not consider them! They sold me a new car with my trade in and they misrepresented my financing and found out my self and returned the car and found out they sold my trade in and have no transportation and lost be in a shelter! Their selling my vehicle with no financing approval is not legal!’

Buyer beware! Do not visit Busam Nissan unless you're open to being led on with a good price, and then having the quoted price, in writing, changed right before closing. I had planned to buy a 2021 Rogue Platinum from Busam Nissan, and even put down the $500 deposit, however, was convinced by them to wait for the 2022 model, with assurances of a similar price, only to have that raised by $6,000 at the last minute. They promised me the lower price and actually persuaded me not to purchase from other dealerships, based on quotes received by text message. I relied on those numbers, and withheld from purchasing elsewhere, even when given decent prices. However, at the last minute, management at Busam increased their quote and refused to honor their initial price. Do not use this dealership if you’re looking for a good deal, or integrity.

We Had been searching for the right Kia Soul (manual) for a few months. Had a couple bad experiences at other places after driving 2 hours for a car that was not in the shape as the salesman had described. TJ was honest about any imperfections on the car and was pleasantly surprised with how clean the car was when we got there. Financing was easy and got us the best rate we had seen any any of the other Dealerships. Would recommend!

I went in for a maintenance appointment and from the second I pulled up I was greeted by friendly staff. I had recently purchased my car and the gentlemen that was taking care of me pulled up all the history and could tell I was interested so he showed me all that had been done and helped me understand things I didn’t know about. He was so friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is set up very nicely and fully stocked with delicious free drinks like Lattes and Cappuccinos. I was even offered to take one of their cars if I didn’t have time to wait. I opted to wait and was shown all the amenities, I was even able to work from my laptop in their waiting room (free WiFi!) while they serviced my car, which didn’t take long at all. When they were done they carefully went over everything with me very thoughtfully and honestly. Which was nice because other places I’ve gone to would just name a list of unnecessary things they would make me feel bad about if I didn’t do them right away, but it’s not like that at all here. If you’re looking for excellent service in every aspect, for all your car needs, this is the place to go. Thank you Busam Nissan for going above and beyond! I will definitely be back

This was my 3rd visit to their service center , 1 st 2 times were only for oil change. This time was more in depth service. They charged 330 + Taxes not worth at all. Very shabby job , under the hood. Looks as if none of the components were even touched. When i called to give feedback.. their only response was ." ok Thankyou " Very bad customer service Will never go back !! and not recommend

Visited three car dealerships looking for a specific model Rogue, with a specific feature, in a specific price range. Had a bad, ok, and good experience. This dealership was clearly the best experience, and where I purchased the car. Salesperson was friendly, started by simply getting all my information, and what I was looking for. Came back with a fair price, and we discussed further, elaborating on my experiences at other dealerships and prices offered. We were eventually able to settle on the price I was looking for, comparable to one of the other dealers. Appreciated that I wasn't tried to be sold on a different car (just reminded I could save $ by not having AWD), and was able to receive the best offer without leaving and negotiating back and forth for days via e-mail. Have bought a few cars in my life, and so far this has been the best overall experience, and dealership I most recommend.
