Poor customer service, no ability to answer emails
Terrible service. Temporary tags expired on new leased vehicle, reached out to salesman to figure out where my new tags/plates are, no email or phone call for 5 days. Once he finally got back, he said they were on their way and should be here on the following Thursday. Two days later, he figured out there was an issue with a payment. We fixed that issue and he said they would be send out to me. Over fourteen days later and still no tags/plates. During this process, I received no phone calls, only emails that were always delayed. During the 5 day period of no contact, I tried to ask for the manager, they said he would not be able to help and didn't transfer me. I tried to email the sales manager, no contact from him as well. Never will come back to this trash place again.

I encountered 4 staff memebers while having my car services and all 4 of them presented themselves well, were polite and professional and provided outstanding service.

New Car Buyer
Excellent customer service. The buying process was one of the easiest, smoothest I have ever encountered. My salesman Matt was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Will be a repeat customer.
I bought my 2017 Silverado from Jake sweeney and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. But before I purchased my truck there was a medium size dent on the rear quarter panel I asked if they would fix the damage and they agreed. When I called to set up the repair Mike Mullins the used car sales manager was the one who helped me get everything set up from the drop off to the loaner car to the time it was going to be finished. Anyway the truck came back looking like new I was genuinely impressed with the fact that the used car sales manager would go through all that trouble to make sure I was happy. That's why I will continue to drive from dayton to buy another vehicle from Jake sweeney
First experience buying new car.
I was in the market for a brand new car, I was looking at dealerships near me ( Florence Ky) and I really couldn't get the help I needed. Then I seen a ad for Jake Sweeney Chevrolet, so I looked them up and liked what I saw. Then I got a call from Rich ( salesman) he was very polite and got whatever answers I needed, Rich and I was talking for a couple of days trying to get me to the monthly payments I needed. So then I drove 35 minutes into Ohio in all that traffic to go see Rich and the Trax I wanted. The show room was amazing, I tested drove the Trax and we made a deal. If you need a certain monthly payment I suggest you go see them at Jake Sweeney Chevrolet, they all were so nice and friendly and very clean. They detailed my new car and filled the tank up. This was a very awesome experience for me. Thank you Rich you made me feel like I was important.

Tried to but a 2008 Toyota Tundra wit 164,000 mile
I tried to buy a 2008 Toyota tundra for $12,000 putting $3000 down and they told me they could not finance it or it could not get financed because it had too many miles are used to sell cars and I’m not sure how that was the deciding factor.
