It's a 0 rating the salesman Ishmael was terrible he's

It's a 0 rating the salesman Ishmael was terrible he's definitely all about money.He told me the bank only approved me for 10,000. He added things I didn't want a 3,500 warranty that I thought came with the car for free. He never said it cost I did want gap insurance he added the 1599 for sealant and interior warranty. Jake sweeney gets the 1599 because they force you to add it something I wasn't told. Ishmael was so dismissive when I asked for it to be deducted as well as the 3,500 warranty. I wasn't trying to bring the car back or ask for my 4,000 dollar downpayment. The car is 4 years old so I shouldn't need that costly warranty. Deal with the 👹😈 before you deal with Ishmael at 33 west kemper in Cincinnati.

They are a joke!

They are a joke! I went in for their big event. 199 month, no down payment or no payments for 90 days. That is a gimmick just to get you in there. Raheed with a salesman in his life but he was definitely he's not an honest person. He said he was working on my loan for weeks. We told him multiple times we could not go over $300/350 a month. This is a text saying there were many options from $299-$499. I told him I didn't want to waste my time or the drive. He had us drive a Cruze and a Escape neither of what we wanted them tried to make us go with the cruze for almost $600 a month. He kept trying to talk us into it and would not take no for an answer. He kept telling me he was helping me rebuild our credit and would not accept that we could not afford it. After we left he kept texting us saying he found something for us for$400 a month. He kept throwing in that he had worked on this for weeks. First of all I would not buy a vehicle from someone that lied to me multiple times car salesman or not.

Expectations were not met.

Expectations were not met. Good quality vehicle though. Salesmen we’re not accommodating and did not have the best communication when it came to making the deal and tacked on a bunch of charges and fees, claiming they put some sort of coating on the vehicle for $350. We purchased from out-of-state. Made arrangements to fly out to drive the vehicle home. Upon arrival, the vehicle still needed things done before we could drive it home. Not to mention they had a whole week after we made the deal to get those things done.

I am having the absolutely horrible experience with their

I am having the absolutely horrible experience with their service team. Mike was absolutely ignorant over the phone with me. I originally requested a tune-up and a diagnostic test to see what was wrong with my camaro. They authorized repairs themselves without speaking to me, stating that they called my father because he dropped it off for me. On serveal different occasions I called and gave my contact information. Not once was I called, they took an old number from a previous service from 3 years ago and listed as my current number. Mike is supposed to be an advisor but has no communication skills. He called me everything but my name. And when I got upset he hung up on me. The supervisor Mr. Caldwell didn't take nothing I said seriously. This is a nightmare, I cant trust them while away working to provide any type of decent customer service. How is it legal to work on someone's car when it wasn't approved by the registered owner. They didn't even do the service I requested. Do not endorse them. All I'm getting is excuses why they did what they did instead of an apology.

Don't buy a used car from Jake Sweeney on Kemper Rd. They sold me car with no heat or AC and seen it didn't work before I drove e off of the lot. Almost a year later and they finally told me they won't fix it. This place is a joke.DONT BUY A CAR FROM JAKE SWEENEY!!!!

I had a scheduled appointment for a RECALL on Monday,

I had a scheduled appointment for a RECALL on Monday, service called and said they couldn't even look at it until Wednesday? I asked for a loaner or rental and was told we don't do that. They could care less. Will NEVER buy another car from them and will let everyone know through social media and word of mouth.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!!!! We purchased a used car for my daughter. Unfortunately, we are out of state so we needed it to be delivered. For a "small" fee of $800 they would deliver it, but of course it ended up being almost $850 since instead of a separate line item it was added to the cost of the car, which you guessed it gets taxes taken out. When we were looking at the vehicle, I made it abundantly clear that we did not want a smoked in vehicle since I am highly allergic to the smell of cigarette smoke. We were assured that it did not have a smell and a video of the vehicle was taken. The delivery driver drove the vehicle from Cincinnati all the way to Virginia by the car itself. Adding miles instead of actually putting it on a flatbed truck like every other delivery service I've ever dealt with before. I never got in my daughter's vehicle until about 5/6.days later when I smelt the cigarette smoke. She stated that she smelt something, but didn't know what it was. I even saw all the cigarette ashes on the center console where we assume someone put their hand while holding the cigarette. Contacted them and the text was a too bad so sad message because the delivery driver just doesn't smoke, and well since it's been soooo long since they delivered the vehicle then it was another story. The veiled accusation that it was us was totally uncalled for since I told her that we couldn't have a smoked in car at least 10 times. Oh and then she added the stop messages button just in case I wanted to pound sand. This was never in any of the messages from earlier, and it took weeks to get this deal completed. So stay away unless you absolutely need to get a vehicle desperately and don't mind the unprofessionalism.
