Bella, Alex, Terry and John were all fantastic. Made the used car buying experience very straightforward. Bella and Alex were very forthcoming with information about price and trade-in and communicated with me a lot via email which was super helpful because of my work schedule. Terry and John were super accommodating the day of our visit and had everything ready to go. A+ for the experience.

It was horrible, could not get a deal, I live 3 hours
It was horrible, could not get a deal, I live 3 hours away from you and you wanted to give me less value for my vehicle than it was worth, a 2022 Hyundai Palisade with 19,000 miles on it and loaded, it was a joke and no warranty another joke, guess I should have shopped at hometown dealers, my bad I guess

I bought a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label in Florida
I bought a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label in Florida while on vacation and drove it home! Took it to Lincoln of Cincinnati and received great and accommodating service. I made some friends. I'm sorry I can not say the same for Englewood Ford who was anxious to sell but follow up nearly did not exist. I still cannot get a call back though I left many messages. But Colin at Lincoln of Cincinnati has made the last several weeks bearable and enjoyable with his kindness, understanding and constant help to guide me through this transaction. I also met Amy the newest member of their team who is top shelf in personal relations. A shout out to Roger in service for his amiable ways and care. I must say Colin was the best at what he does and I will continue as a fan of Lincoln of Cincinnati. We will do business in the future I am sure and all of this is the result of someone willing to help a customer with a problem and all I did was get a warrantee detail on my car. Every business has problems on occasion but I am confident this dealership will go to great lengths to solve it in a fair and equitable manner. Love the people and their kindness to me! Bad Customer service Experience
I scheduled a service appointment at this dealership, because it was closer to me. When I arrived for the first time I came through the wrong door. So the nice gentleman said next time come through this door, but if I’m a sales man I greeting everyone that come through that door as if they are a buyer, actually was thinking about purchasing a navigator (probably could of sold me) so he directed me to the desk where gentleman was on the phone. I waited standing and he never look up to greet me or say have a seat I’ll be right with you. So after, Standing w/0 any acknowledgement I walk around and saw a seating area. Never did come around and on check me, so I treated my self to a mint which was the most refreshing part of the encounter and eventually I left. As a young African American women I felt so , discriminated against and unwelcome in so many ways. Never will step foot in this Dealership. Went to a totally different dealership which was a totally a 360. The customer Service was remarkably! Grateful that I didn’t continue to stay and spend money where clearly I wasn’t welcome! You never know who a person knows.

I unfortunately had an issue with Lincoln of Cincinnati
I unfortunately had an issue with Lincoln of Cincinnati that was very easily preventable. I had asked specifically for something to NOT be done on my vehicle while it was being serviced and it unfortunately ended up getting done despite my persistent requests not to. Not only did I ask while making the service appointment, I made sure to send a note with the valet driver and I even called the service department when my car arrived to remind them for a THIRD time, each time my vehicle was serviced. Their lack of attention to detail resulted in $1700 worth of damage to my vehicle (which according to the general manager, Cody Jones, is simply too expensive for them to fix). This situation could not have been handled any worse than it was. Unfortunately my dad had to get involved because as a young woman, I was dismissed and the issues I had were not taken seriously from the moment it happened. My situation was escalated from service management, to general management, and eventually to Steve Reichert and David Fay at Kenwood Dealer Group. Not only were my concerns blatantly ignored (multiple emails to the owners were ignored and I never received a response) but I was only offered a VERY small fraction of the amount needed to fix my vehicle to correct the damage that was caused by Lincoln of Cincinnati. Pray and hope that nothing is ever mistakenly done to your car despite your requests not to do it because this company does not care about customer service one bit, even though they were 100% at fault.

I have 2 Lincoln’s and cannot take them to Montgomery...
I have 2 Lincoln’s and cannot take them to Montgomery lincoln because it has a 3 week wait to get in. My wife’s heat went out and now I am forced to take it to another type of dealership. They are at capacity in service with no plan to improve wait time to get I. Fir service. I did not buy a Lincoln to have to take it to another dealership. Very disappointed

Excellent service! It took less time than was expected. I received a complimentary car wash eventhough I just had my car in for a recall of an airbag. I do however need to return since they did not have the parts for the brake system recall.

I went to Lincoln of Cincinnati looking for a Certified Used Lincoln Navigator. Everybody that I came in contact with at Lincoln of Cincinnati was very courteous, attentive, and helpful. They were not a high pressure sales organization at all. They always made me feel comfortable, appreciated, and valued. I did purchase a Certified Used Lincoln Navigator from them, and I feel like they gave me a very good deal on my purchase. I am very pleased with my Navigator and I am very pleased with Lincoln of Cincinnati. They were great to work with, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the car market.
