Kia of Key West

Five stars for great service over 4 years from Damian and Franklin. One star for discussion with sales team when I offered to sell them my Kia purchased and serviced there. I can't even say who I dealt with, as the guy Never Bothered to introduce himself, or give me any useful information about pricing. I was offered $4,000 more by another dealer with no hassles at all. He showed me the wholesale price for my car and I took that number, which seemed perfectly fair.

The staff at Key West Kia was friendly and not pressuring but when it came time to negotiate a deal they would not budge. I really wanted to buy local but a $1900 price difference was worth the drive to deal with one of the bigger dealerships in Miami. I got the exact same car I wanted for a lot less and I wish they would just work with people.

kia's should be discontinued, because of sports. I compared the nba, and china, to the states, and china. when really, it would just be better with another honda, Hyundai, or Toyota, for a better used car, or a Mitsubishi. I don't like no ford, or no chevy, no more.

I've owned my Kia for about 4 years now, it was in the shop for some time being repaired. Ever since the repair the car has been riding horrible. Took the car back in and was told because of the repair the car will continue to shake. Very un-pleased with the service also, guys acted nonchalant about my concerns with driving and being on the road in a shaking vehicle.

Having heard about the great and reasonably priced service at Key West Kia, I decided to visit the dealership. Two and a half years later I am still very happy with my 2017 Kia Soul and service is fantastic. The cost for service was probably the least I've ever paid in all my years of driving. Thank you Damian, keep up the good work.

Great experience at the Key West Kia!! Never pressured as to what to buy. We built our own Kia Soul + on line and had it built and shipped over. The only problem was having the patience of waiting for delivery!! LOL Great customer service and family atmosphere. Best decision ever when it came to buying a new car was buying the Kia from the Key West dealership instead of driving up to Miami.

Kia Key West made our new car buying process a breeze! They gave us a fair trade-in value on our old car and were very fair with pricing. I would buy my next car with them too!

The Kia Soul is the perfect car for the keys...and better yet for long trips! I?ve driven my Kia to SC and NY twice and find it is very comfortable and it has amazing storage room!

In 2015 we bought a Kia Soul and loved it. We where just out looking at the time. Ivan was the sales person. No pressure just take your time and check it out. Took the 2015 in for some recalls and while there looked at the 2018 Souls. Ivan again was the salesperson. We bought the 2018. KIA in Key West does also have a great service area. Took our 2015 there for all its maintenance.
