Colin Howe(Business Manager) patiently, kindly and thoroughly explained all of the details! The overall experience at Audi Naples was amazing to say the least. G. Sainvil, my salesman, was patient,kind, honest and thorough. He went above and beyond of what I would've expected from a sales person. Mike Schutt was also super nice and accommodating. We made a deal within 15 minutes. I can't forget Dorian who I spoke with a couple times over the phone that also took the time to send me videos of several cars that peaked my interests without hesitation. Oh, Chuck had my app and all the technology in my car set. I didn't have to do anything. He was also patient and funny. Cool dude! I've been to several dealerships and by far this was the best experience I've ever had. I live an hour away and it was worth the drive. They've earned my trust for sure and I will come back!

I would highly recommend Audi Of Naples. I recently purchased an A8 and it had to be taken back to the shop with an engine malfunction. After trying to diagnose the car for two weeks, during which time I had a loaner, it was determined that the car needed a whole new engine which would have to be sent from Germany. Since the car only had 300 miles on it I felt I was entitled to a new car and Audi stepped up to the plate and delivered a brand new car to me today. Special thanks to Trevor, Ellis, Chuck, and Brandon. THEY DID THE RIGHT THING!!! Rare in today’s world.

As a longtime Audi owner I was disappointed in this dealership…. Our sales person (Jorge) was great and did a good job representing the brand. The balance of the purchase experience was less than what I would ever expect - I needed a shower at the end of the evening.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Audi Naples in the last 12 months and have had the first vehicle serviced. Our entire experience with the Audi Naples team starting with Jason and Ellis in sales, Michael in management,Patti in Finance and Chuck and Justin in service has resulted in two very satisfied customers.
