Very upsetting I just bought a car in Mcaleen Saturday

Very upsetting I just bought a car in Mcaleen Saturday and my back reverse camera was taken to be fixed Monday to Harlingen. Didn’t get my car back until today and I had to personally drive all the way to Harlingen during work hours to pick up since they couldn’t bring back to McAllen where I bought car. Not only that my car was not filled with gas when purchased. When telling Harlingen dealership this they said it was out of there control and only left me with 70 miles to drive all the way back home. I had not used my car all Sunday and only drove home Saturday realizing the back reverse did not work. I am very disappointed.

I’m having the worst experience of my life when I went to

I’m having the worst experience of my life when I went to buy my car in McAllen’s Charlie Clark the upper most attention was given at the beginning but as soon as I signed everything it changed I signed my soul out because the problems started right away with my vehicle and when I went back they would acknowledge me when I would go in the door but as soon as I open my mouth to tell them, I was having problems with my car they would make me sit and wait for hours for someone to attend me and then tell me to go to Harlingen I’m in Harlingen it’s the same I’m paying way too much for a car for it to have problems early on as soon as you tell them, you’re not there to buy another vehicle everybody scatter away and leaves you waiting for hours on!!! I’m already looking up the lemon law and looking for people who have had the same experience as me if they don’t fix my problem I’m going to the media because they treat you like crap!!!! This last time they tried, shoving another vehicle And told me “well it is an old vehicle it’s gonna have problems” ITS TWO YRS OLD!!! and you sold it to me!!!!!! what do you mean?🤦🏽‍♀️

Amazing Customer Agent!

Went to my local Charlie Clark Nissan to see if they serviced BMW and I had the most amazing customer Service agent. Marlissa was so kind and so patient. She explained everything I needed to know. We need more people like this young lady in our businesses. I will most definitely be back.
