Not a very good one.
Not a very good one... we went to get our car checked out and I had a bad battery... we agreed to get another battery... then when it was time to pay...I was informed we didn't owe anything...a few days later I recieved a call and the young lady told me we owed for the battery... what kind of business practice is that???... Charles Clark does not have good business practices!!!

AC problems
I bought a 2019 chevy impala runs great I really love the car but the only thing wrong is that the AC keeps breaking down, I have taken the car to Charles Clark about 6 times, it will work for about 2 months and it will break down again. I've talked to other ac shops about this make and model to see if they came out defective but they said impala is not a bad car. I tried to get them to change the entire ac system but they don't want to. I'm probably going to trade the car in cuz it's too hot in the rgv to be without ac.

Great Experience
Alan Ramirez was the salesman that recently sold us the 2023 Chevrolet Texas Edition truck, who provided us with excellent service and met our needs. I know it was a lengthy process but he kept us up to date on what was being done. Even today he called to see if everything was ok with our new truck and if he could assist us with anything else.

Deal with It!
I had a car accident and was told by the insurance to take my vehicle there (Clark Chevrolet). I was told that my vehicke wouldn't be taken in until the parts were there. Waiting time for parts was as they had more or less told me given a few days later. But getting my truck back has been a little frustrating. They used a text service that lets you know the status or progress. Well, the text said that things were on time and that my vehicle would be ready by the 20th of December. It is the 21st and I know it's been a day after but my issue is not that its a day late, my issue is that on the 20th, they told me the truck will be ready to paint in the morning of the 21st and it woukd be ready to pick up by 5 p.m. They said that they would update the text info. But they cancelled it completely and when i called to speak to Jay Lopez the lady talking to me acted as a shield saying he is busy with a customer, at which time i answered that i could wait and she hanged up. I called again trying to be courteous and pretending to not now that she hanged up. I said I'm sorry you transfered me to Jay Lopez and the call was dropped, can you transfer me over to him? She exclaimed, sorry he is with a customer at the moment. I said thats okay I can wait. She then tells me that he has a customer and that he leaves at 5:30 p.m. I then tell her (Isabel Guzman) that, why were they trying to give me the runaround. I would appreciate if they or he...Jay Lopez be a little more apprehensive about the customer's situation and be more strait forward and not use the secretary or something manager bounce off customers. They forget that they work in the service and or shop department where the least they can do is hear or communicate with customers. I'm being super apprehensive about it because the day I went to try to drop off my truck they had a customer who had some concerns was treated like he was asking too much from them and they kept trying to send him off without a solution and it was the lady answering the calls that have him the biggest obstacles and Mr. Jay came out and also gave him an answer that was totally like I dont have time to help you right now and there nothing here to do. At this time I thought to myself, "listen, you don't know the situation and stay out of it" well now I feel that I am that customer, being treated like deal with it and we don't have time to waste on you.

Don’t buy parts unless you ABSOLUTELY need them!
Don’t use their parts department. Ordered a couple parts online. Ended up not needing one. Paid out of my own pocket to ship back to get a refund. It’s been 2 months and I still have yet to receive my money back! I have emailed Amanda Adames and even spoke with her on the phone. Last conversation was that my refund would be back on my card in 3-5 business days. That was a month ago, so now I have had no choice but to report it to PayPal. I still left a message for the parts department supervisor, Javier, to resolve this without getting a third part involved. No response. Terrible way to run a business.
