I took our 2012 Focus recently to Spikes Ford for an oil change. I arrived less than 30 minutes before closing. I figured because of the time they probably wouldn't be able to help me & be told that I need to come back on the following day. But to my surprise they were able to get working on my oil change right away. So all went well. Judy was my service advisor from the Quick Lane

I just stopped in to look at what they had available and came home with a new car. All in part of Ismael?s knowledge of the inventory and his professionalism. He was very easy to talk to and zeroed me in to the car I purchased smoothly. I enjoyed his company and he had the answers to my questions. It was a pleasure to work with him.

10 weeks since my vehicle was dropped off for a recall, left for a diagnostic and still cannot figure out what is wrong with it. It is impossible to get a call back from Dana the Advisor non the less the "Manager" Michelle. Absolutely do not recommend this place for service.

Disappointed with the outcome of everything. Some of Spikes Ford sales representatives and mechanics and making the dealership look bad. I've always chosen Spikes Ford for vehicles but after this I will think twice about it

Hiram Montero the sells associate said he would make the process smooth as possible and Hiram Montero kept his word. Hiram Montero promised to get me into a new vehicle and did. I got a Ram 2024 and Hiram Montero made it all possible. Hiram Montero made the transition into my new Ram 2024 easy. I highly recommend that is you call Spike Ford ask for Hiram Montero he will do everything possible to help you out

Shopping experience was great. Ricardo Garcias was an awesome salesman & Armando was great in financing. I would definitely recommend Soikes for to my family and friends!

Had oil change on my F-250 at Quick Lane. Amanda is my girl for getting all maintenance done on my truck. It can be oil change, tires, batteries and all other maintenance. Amanda also takes care of my wife’s car. She is an excellent asset to you all and she is a gem. My wife and I feel very safe on the road because of her due diligence. Take good care of her.
