AL Packer Ford in West Palm Beach is like no other car

AL Packer Ford in West Palm Beach is like no other car dealership we’ve ever experienced. The dealership and representatives were outstanding and made the entire truck buying process a breeze. Our sales consultant, AJ, was a powerhouse of knowledge, professionalism, and charisma. AJ’s business approach was phenomenal from start to finish, no nonsense, out-the-door price upfront, and autonomous power to make a deal happen. We even had the pleasure of not having to meet “his manager”, when has that ever happened at a car dealership. 5 Stars and a highly recommended!

AL Packer Ford in West Palm Beach is like no other car dealership we’ve ever experienced. The dealership and representatives were outstanding and made the entire truck buying process a breeze. Dealing with Ed was a complete pleasure.

Dealing with Ed was a complete pleasure. Being a horse trader myself, it was refreshing to deal with a salesman like Ed and dealership like Al Packer Ford/ Lincoln. They were very honest and transparent. We locked up the deal over the phone, and I drove down from Tampa to pick up my new vehicle.

I recently had a problem at another dealer.

I recently had a problem at another dealer. This dealer made it right even know it wasn’t there fault. That’s great customer service! I also appreciate the steering assist in the bronco sport. It saved us from an accident. Al packer ford combined with the bronco sport makes me feel better about sending my daughter off to college. Thanks Tim Olson for making this happen.

I WOULDN'T GO BACK THERE IF YOU PAID ME.

I WOULDN'T GO BACK THERE IF YOU PAID ME. TIM THE MANAGER FROM SERVICE HAS BEEN LESS THAN HELPFUL. I HAVE A 2022 MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE. IT HAS HAD PROBLEMS FROM DAY 1 RANGING FROM WINDOWS ISSUES TO PISTONS. THEY HAD MY CAR ARO7JD THANKSGIVING FOR A WEEK AND COULDN'T FIX IT. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN RECENTLY AND TIM(WHO SHOULD BE FIRED) BASICALLY SAID THEY HAD NO ANSWERS HOWEVER THEY WOULD GLADLY SELL ME A NEW CAR AND CUT OFF OUR RELATIONSHIP. TIM GO xxxx YOURSELF

Worked with Ed Rodriguez of Al Packer Ford West Palm Beach. This is the second vehicles I've bought from him and have to say both times it was a good experience. He did not push or try and sell me something I wasn't looking for. He explained things to me in a professional manner. worked with me on the numbers and I feel I received a good deal . ABOVE MSRP?

ABOVE MSRP? NO RESPONSE FROM DEALER? This particular dealer manipulates the window sticker and removes the clearly marked manufacturer discount (in my case $1900) by ADDING the discount to the MSRP, so basically they are charging thousands ABOVE MSRP to every customer?!? IN ADDITION, this particular dealer has an addendum sticker for an additional $699 (in my case) for "appearance" - aka door edge stickers. Some history of this vehicle: the vehicle was a "loaner" hence has 4000 miles. Moreover, the vehicle suffered damage because an unknown person(s) shot the rear window shattering the entire glass - potentially having a future of leaks and concerns with the rear power sliding window. Also, a ding in the rear tailgate. Which the dealer wanted OVER MSRP? I WALKED...the dealer reduced their price by $1100...(still above MSRP). I provided a well defined counter offer and the dealership ghosted me - NO RESPONSE? Maybe the sales person didn't relay my message? Be an EDUCATED buyer and KNOW how this dealership manipulates the window sticker! Stock: RFB23807

My purchase of a pre-owned Edge was seamless and I was very pleased with the Al Packer team. Alexis, our sales contact, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable addressing our questions. Because I'm a tech challenged boomer, she was extremely helpful presenting the Sync system to us. She took extra time to make sure we had everything we needed. Alexis is very professional and was a pleasure to deal with.
