I purchased a F Ford 150 with Ed Rodriguez and he was the

I purchased a F Ford 150 with Ed Rodriguez and he was the BEST sales man and so went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and satisfied! He helped me setup the Ford Pass and when i had issues finding my registation a few months later he went out of his way to email it to me! If you want to deal with an amazing sales man at Packer Ford please see Ed Rodriguez!

This is the 3rd truck I bought from AlPacker and must

This is the 3rd truck I bought from AlPacker and must thank ED RODRIGUEZ for making this happen. I was ready to go to a different place and he located exactly what i was looking for! He made me and my kids feel great while all the finance process was in progress. I met the manager and finance guy was great too. I will continue to bring business to al packer and hope to always be able to deal with Ed since i felt the transparency and great service right away.

Had the absolute best buying experience at Al Packer

Had the absolute best buying experience at Al Packer Ford. Ed Rodriguez answered all my questions and far exceeded my expectation. My daughter joined me in this experience and had recently purchased a vehicle from another Ford dealer add said she felt slighter from the other deal shop as Ed explained her vehicle as well as mine. I felt like I could sell a Ford after all the information I was given. I will be a life long customer as long as Ed Rodriguez is at Al Packer Ford. I have never experienced such a great purchasing experience. I left feeling like I had made a great friend in Ed. And so knowledgeable about my new beautiful Ford Explorer.Thanks Ed Rodriguez.

Ed was outstanding; he is not pushy, he is knowledgable,

Ed was outstanding; he is not pushy, he is knowledgable, and most importantly to me, Ed didn't disappear after the deal was done. I had a few questions and a couple of concerns while breaking in my new to me truck, and Ed took care of it almost immediately, with excellent and timely communication. As for the Al Packer Dealership, I was very pleasantly surprised at how great of an experience this purchase was. I actually felt like I was treated fairly with price of the used truck I bought and the trade-in amount. We both came away from the deal satisfied, and to me, that makes the deal good. Even though I live 40 mins away, I will do business with Al Packer again in the future.

Al Packer Lincoln Ford delivered my Black Label CPO

Al Packer Lincoln Ford delivered my Black Label CPO Lincoln Navigator at midnight with one tire the incorrect size, no service records, dog odor / hair, and no manual. All four items would have failed the Lincoln CPO 200 point checklist. I have repeatedly asked for my copy of the 200 point checklist with NO response. According to Lincoln corporate policy and procedures, the customer is to receive their copy of the CPO. Draw your own conclusions.

The pride and professionalism displayed by the staff of Al Packer Ford were evident from the first interaction. There was a true sense of urgency and commitment to making the sale as painless as possible. I was looking for a very specific vehicle package and was willing to travel to acquire the vehicle. To that end, Ed Rodriguez, my salesperson met me at the airport and endured a smooth transaction. While a few of the aftermarket add ons I had ordered were not immediately available, the Al Packer team ensured they were at my door within days of my return. First rate experience all around. Don’t hesitate to do business with this consummately professional organization.
