Being in the car business for 13 years, I know the importance of customer service and retention. Ashley Price meets and exceeds what it takes to assist... and help customers. I arrived to have work done on my car, and within 15 minutes she had my car already in with a tech. Mind you some places this process alone takes hours. Then she arranged a shuttle for me since the car was gonna take a few hours. You can tell when someone likes their job and truly likes helping customers, or when they are only there for a check. Ashley is a top of line professional service writer, and she has earned my business until she leaves and all my referrals
Scotty, in order to deliver the best experience possible, we try to set high expectations for ourselves. We're so glad to receive your positive review...! As one of our valued customers, we want to sincerely thank you for your business and we hope to see you here again down the road!
I was seeing on the website a Hyundai Elantra from 2015, the price was 6,602$. I was thinking that this is a very good price and I went to see the car.... After driving it on the highway I said that I will buy it. The representative started doing the papers, and at the end he told me that I have to pay 11,630$. I was shocked when I saw that I’m having so many fees added (1,877 recon fee, battery fee, tire fee, dealership fee 899$, etc)... so many fees!!! I left disappointed, even that I was able to pay the car cash! They called me later and they started to negotiate the price, but for me was too late because I was very upset on the situation. In the end I bought another car from another dealership that treated me right from the beginning.

If you are like me... customer service is top on my list. I always say that it isn't the problem but the solution that counts! Fred.. thank you for a... fantastic experience. You and Mike understood my expectations when it came to servicing my car and made the process so easy. It isn't often that you find this quality of service and people locally... and it is to be recognized! I can breath easy knowing that I have a great team to turn to if/when my car needs to come in. Thank you for giving me the confidence I needed to know that I made a good decision!
We are pleased to hear Fred and Mike took such great care of you! It means a lot to us to have earned your trust in our dealership. We look forward to... your next visit! Take care!
I started with this dealership on line and found that they bombarded me with email but seemed otherwise unresponsive. Once I called, asked for the sales... manager and made an appointment, I drove out with a new car THAT DAY. My salesman AJ was super, the sales manager Jeff equally helpful and the GM is there, on the floor and engaged. I got a great deal, they were cooperative and helpful. It was a good car buying experience!
Hi Ted, we're pleased to hear you had a pleasant car buying experience with AJ. If you have any questions or concerns you'd like to discuss with us fu...rther, please do not hesitate to give us a call or stop by. We're always happy to help. We hope you have a fantastic day, and enjoy your new car!
Quote online from their website said my trade in was worth between $8300-$10500. They offered $6500. Then the car I wanted they were trying to charge a... $1300 “warranty transfer fee” and a $1000 “dealer fee”. Waste of time.
I left a terrible review several weeks ago. Since then I have been dealing with George, their customer service rep. Thank you, George, you have saved... the dealership. He has solved my problems and concerns. You, the customer, must be assertive. If you don’t feel comfortable with your salesperson, ask for another one. Also, when you get to Finance, ask “Exactly what am I paying for? What is included and what are the extras.”
Barbara, thank you for your support! We're happy we could help. Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
Dealership took money for 2 year registration and provided the sticker then clawed back the fees from motor vehicles resulting in driving (unknowingly)... unregistered for nearly a YEAR! Dealership sold "lifetime" oil changes, refused to provide them - after 3 they said we reached limit. Dealer conned cosigner into being primary on loan stating name could come off after 1 year on time payments, per Hyundai Finance this is not possible and now two years later stuck with payment that is not mine on credit report. Every call to dealership results in these shysters trying to sell us a new car. UNETHICAL DEALERSHIP - Caveat Emptor!
Hi, we can assure you that we do not find this type of behavior acceptable, and we would like to address the situation you have described. Please reac...h out us at (561) 686-7137 and we will work with you personally in rectifying the issues you experienced.
After reading the yelp reviews, against my better judgement I still decided to go buy a car from Napleton Hyundai. This has turned out to be one of the... biggest regrets I have ever made. I found a great price on a used car listed on truecar.com, I contacted Napleton (the dealership selling said car) and confirmed the price I found online. After speaking to a manager, he said as long as I had a print out of the listing they would honor the price no problem. BIG LIE. I live an hour and half away but for the price it was worth going out of my way. I got to the dealership had my test drive, all was great, and I started the process of buying the car all while being told that the true car price would be honored. I ended up being at this dealership for over 6 hours, I know it takes a long time to buy a car but it was ridiculous because I knew exactly the car I was interested in, I knew the price, we had already talked out all the details and I was just waiting for the final paperwork to sign and drive away. For over TWO hours they purposely kept me sitting around knowing I was there with my handicap mother who I brought with me because I could not leave her home alone for that long and I had needed to get her home (do not forget I live an hour and a half away) so that they could rush me through the final steps. After we had thoroughly discussed the price of the car, the different packages I was going to add on, and all the financial aspects of my trade-in and the money I was going to be putting down I sat and waited and waited and was given the run around as to why we were sitting around. Once I got to the finance managers office since we had already talked every single detail of the contract it was a 1-2-3 easy signing process and I was on my way home with my new car and I could get my mom back home. It was not until I got home and throughly went over all the paperwork that I saw they had SCREWED ME BIG TIME. They ended up charging me $3000 extra just on the sticker price of the car, added almost a couple thousand extra in packages that I did not agree to, Because of all of these extra charges the taxes were significantly more than they should have been. When we contacted the dealership we were bounced around from person to person and told our calls would be returned when they usually never were. It was blamed on miscommunication between the finance manager and salesman but they never offered to correct the issue even though they admitted it was their fault. I purposely searched for a car with in this price range because it was what I could afford and ended up paying almost $10,000 more when all was said and done from the price that was listed on the website and what I walked away paying. I would never recommend Napleton Hyundai to my worst enemy let alone someone I actually liked. They are the definition of sleazy car salesman. They took advantage of pregnant girl and her handicap mother and I will not let this rest until everyone I know hears my story and is sure to never give them their business.

I say get over it because after reading the other reviews I see than many are by people with limited experience with car dealerships or perhaps just a... lack of experience in life - in general! It is the goal of any dealership to 1. Sell cars. 2. Follow up after car sales with service and other assistance required to keep the customer happy and eventually gain repeat business. We have now purchased two vehicles here. Sales has been helpful and there is little to no pressure exerted to make us buy. More along the lines of vehicle education. The finance department knew up front we had obtained an "All In" price and almost no effort was made to change that. Yes, a short discussion about what was available ensued but that was almost nil and we ended up with exactly the financed amount we agreed to in sales. If anyone ever expects to buy a car at dealership and have absolutely no "sales" efforts to be made beyond the actual vehicle they are living in la la land. It simply doesn't work like that. We have a few years of service experience here with Brian May being the Service Advisor of choice. He has always been helpful and both explains everything very well and goes that extra mile to be sure we leave happy. We experience a problem with out Genesis Coupe which required multiple visits. While this did require more effort on our part the interaction with Mr. May was always courteous and professional. I will go so far as to state that our second Genesis (we now have two) WOULD HAVE BEEN AT A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP except for his attention to detail and his ability to solve our problems. So pin a medal on Brian for us! I am the guy that waits (usually) for the repairs needed and I walk and talk all the time, AND observe what is going on at the dealership with other customers and such. Your staffing is well done and sales gets an A along with Service (Brian) and the financing guys as well.
Gary, reviews like this give us motivation and help us ensure we provide high-quality care! We are so happy to have provided you with such positive sa...les and service experiences. As one of our valued customers, we want to sincerely thank you for your business and we look forward to your next visit!
If I could rate this dealership zero stars, I absolutely would. The experience I had at Napleton Hyundai, has to be the worst dealership experience I have... ever had. I had originally inquired about a used Dodge Charger, they had on their lot. The next day, I received a call from one of their internet specialists. She confirmed that the vehicle was available to test drive and set up my “VIP” appointment. On my way to the appointment, I received a call from another member of their internet sales department, the associate confirmed my appointment, and confirmed the availability of said vehicle, and that they were going to have the vehicle ready for when I arrived. When I arrived for my appointment, I was brought back to one of the Internet Managers, to continue with the appointment. From there she introduced me to the salesman I would be working with. The car had not been pulled up for my appointment. With the key in his hand, he informed me that he has been unsuccessful locating the vehicle, and offers to take me with him around the lot, to try and find the car. Keep in mind, this dealership lot is not very big. After roughly ten minutes of him and I searching the lot for this car, he can’t locate the car and informs me that we will go back up front to get in touch with his manager and his porter, to attempt to find the vehicle. I sit down, and roughly ten minutes go by, and he comes back up to me and says they’re still looking. Five more minutes pass and my salesman comes back with his manager. The manager shakes my hand, and says we cannot find the vehicle. Then offered to show me a car that was $17,000 more expensive than the car I originally came to see. I came in to see a Dodge Charger, he offered to show me a BMW M5. If you know even the smallest amount about cars, you know that is comparing apples to oranges. After I confirmed with two internet associates that the vehicle was there. I told him that I drove over forty-five minutes to come take a look at this vehicle, that was confirmed it was here, and now I have to just turn back around. He does not offer an apology, his answer was a flat out “yes”. As I get up from the table I tell him to have a manager call me. As I’m driving back, a half an hour passes, and a manager has yet to reach out. I contact the dealership via text, and asked if a manager would be reaching out. The response was “as soon as we have the information for you.” The next day comes, and no one has attempted to reach out, try and amend this situation, nothing. I text again, and a few minutes later the internet manager calls. She informs me that the vehicle I was interested in had been stolen, as well as two other vehicles were broken into. Understanding, I thanked her for her time. About a week passes, and the same vehicle comes up in my online search. Weird, the vehicle that was stolen, is still listed on their website, for sale. I decided to have my girlfriend give a call to the dealership. They confirmed to her that the vehicle was there, and available for a test drive. When the representative was going over the specs on the car, she mentioned the car had a clean CarFax. If a vehicle is stolen, it would have been reported in the CarFax report. At that point my girlfriend tells the associate the situation in which the last time I was there, I was told the vehicle was stolen. She claimed to have no idea that any theft was reported on property. For a position that manages inventory and sets up test drives, you would think they would be arguably the first to know if there was theft of a vehicle, so you wouldn’t put a customer through the hassle I went through. She offered to give a call back shortly, and for the rest of the evening, never called back. Was the vehicle stolen? Did someone have the vehicle and they fabricated the story of it being stolen? Are they trying to cover up the fact they recovered the vehicle and are now selling it with the theft unreported? My recommendation, stay far far away.
