Jacob was very knowledgeable, he set our new car up for us. got us familiar with the bmw mobile app and made sure we understood all controls before we departed from the dealer. we live in miami but we strongly recommend braman of west palm beach. it is worth the drive and we do believe we got a better deal we would have gotten in Miami. Jamal was an absolute pleasure to work with. I lived 4 hours drive from the dealership so had lots of questions about the vehicle. Jamal was very responsive and provided everything I asked for and worked out the best deal possible for me. I highly recommend him!

We found a specific vehicle we were looking for at BRAMAN BMW WPB. I made a call and spoke with Chris Safi, I had questions and he answered all regarding the vehicle. Once satisfied, I placed a deposit on the vehicle and informed him I would fly in to see the vehicle. Upon arrival, Chris picked me up at the airport. At the BRAMAN, the car was immaculate, I drove the car and it was perfect. Chris was never pushy and the purchase was very smooth.
