I walked into the sales center having never been to Braman and was interested in seeing a BMW. At the age of 70 I have owned 8 vehicles in my lifetime (all Fords, Lincolns, Cadillacs, Corvette) however I'd never owned a BMW. This was the best sales center I have ever encountered. I wanted to trade-in my 2013 Corvette for a BMW Sport Line. The concierge treatment is impressive and DOES make a difference. I was greeted immediately and was directed to John Weltziel, who I must say is the best salesman I have ever met. So patient....pleasant.....listened to all my questions and fully answered each question. No pressure to purchase. No rush. It was very smooth. To my satisfaction they accepted my corvette as a trade. I loved the sales service and the concierge treatment. And I'm loving my BMW 230i convertible! Great Job! Sold on BMW! - Dr. Joan

Long story, short. They are a very good, friendly, knowledgable staff with a lot of experience and professionalism shown. Along with a great sense of humor! Here's my story, I was driving to Fort Lauderdale BMW dealership to pick up a car that we agreed price on. As I was driving the car salesperson called me to inform that it was missing and called again telling me it has been sold. ( I think they sold it for a better deal as soon as I was showing up...). I wanted my vehicle certified being that it is a BMW. I looked online for my next options, and found some good deals locally. We went to check out the bmw that was availible here, initially we werent going to purchase as there were an abundance of same models for same price and less mileage in miami. As I arrived here, I was suprised to see MANY lurxury vehicles. It was a clean atmosphere and it gave me a good feeling. Gonzalo was my salesperson and I told him upfront that we needed a great deal for us to purchase here otherwise we will go to miami. Without hesitating he gave me all the right answers and immediately took me out for a test drive. After negociating and explaining every detail from pricing to competitors comparisons. We knew that we would end up purchasing. The staff was very professional and helpful. Full of knowledge and advice. Would highly recommend them.
