Sketchy ways of making sales deals.

Sketchy ways of making sales deals. Did not want to give me sales price of car instead wanted to give me finance amount… I had my car appraised and they KEPT MY KEYS FROM ME. I had to ask for them 4 times.

The team here was great. I paid the advertised price with not much added on. I think they really are the lowest priced in Florida.

Sales team was Awesome 10 out of 10 recommend the way they worked together and try to give you a hometown feeling was awesome Rhiannon the only sales lady on there staff introduced us to a 2020 Jeep grand Cherokee Limited that she ended up selling us She has a fantastic personality. her team Jose Rivera and Miguel Marlo’s did a great job assisting to keep us interested at the end after a long day thank y’all my wife loves the jeep.

dealership salesperson didn't want to sell the vehicle! he acted like I wanted to steal the vehicle, when i made a fair cash offer; saying things like it was his personal vehicle! totally stupid!

I found this dealership on Autotrader and they had the

I found this dealership on Autotrader and they had the vehicle I wanted advertised for 64K which is a GREAT price. I made the online offer and did the credit report online. I received follow up texts from Angie, in which I disclosed that I was concerned that the price might include charracteristics which do not apply to me: I am not military, not a first responder, not FFA. She involved Mike, who I believe to be a manager. They quoted me a price of $67,780 not including tax, tag, title. At the last moment, while I was headed there, the hour away from me, they told me the finance fee was 9.5%. I said that was very high and I would not pay it. They then told me the deal was contingent on me financing with them. I said thank you and goodbye. Five minutes later, Mike called me and said he would honor the price and I could pay cash. The next day I texted in that I needed a final price because I was going to pay cash. Angie texted back that the price required financing. I then telephoned Mike who had told me something different the night before, and he said there was an additional $2k fee for not financing with him. I hung up, and then thought about it, and $69k was still a good price. So I telephoned him back and he told me that the dealership had decided they did not want to do business with me! I reviewed in my mind whether or not I had said or done anything rude or unpleasant to this business, and I did not. I think they just planned to dupe me and did not know how to get out of their lies and false advertising. I would never do business with them either. They not only lied in their advertising, but they made me feel horrible about myself!

I telephoned Bobby Collins, General Manager, after reading this offer of communication. Let me share how that went. First, the telephone number "Mr. Collins" shared is a Chrysler dealership in Lakeland Florida who has never heard of Mr. Collins. Second, I called Plattner Labelle to hear Mr. Collins out, and when I got him on the telephone, he said, " I responded to a review????" When I answered, yes, just minutes ago, he indicated he knew nothing about this email I received, then flippantly offered "Well I'm sorry we disappointed you." Mr. Collins could not have been any less interested than if I was calling to sell him an extended warranty. STAY AWAY!
