    Drove an hour to find out the price is way over what's advertised online. Vehicle condition not as advertised. Don't bother wasting your time. Shady.

    This car is selling at the MSRP of $34,000!!!!! Drove 3 hrs to purchase this car only to be offered the MSRP! The manager is talking about unrealistic... discounts that no one person ever really qualifies for. Plus the car also has like 500 miles on it!!! Plus the rims of the car wheel seems to be rusting. WTH?!!! Hey if I wanted to pay the MSRP I would not go there to deal with your low-life country surroundings!!! Buyers beware!!! The price you see advertised is NOT the price you can purchase any of their vehicles for. I thought false advertising was illegal!

    I went to the dealership for some maintenance on my vehicle. Decided to look around at new vehicles. JD was a great salesman. Great deal and loved that... he didn't pressure us into doing anything we weren't ready for. Would highly recommend anyone to go to la belle dodge! Ask for JD!!!!

    These people sold us a truck from Canada that had been imported improperly by them. Lost all my warranty, my extended warranty and the$ ram was giving... back to ecodiesel owners. They also botched 2 repairs. SCAM ARTISTS

    We "built" our 2019 Ram online and it lead us to 2 dealerships that had it in stock - one VERY well known Tampa dealership and Labelle Dodge. The staff... at Labelle beat the other guys HANDS DOWN! Being an active duty family, we found ourselves unexpectedly needing to trade 3 vehicles before moving to a new base. Since we are not located close to either dealership, I did all the initial research by phone and text message. We started with "the other guy" and I was shocked at the disrespect I was treated with. Annoyance at questions being asked, insistence that we come in to talk in person and an unwillingness to negotiate when I told them I had found a similar vehicle at Labelle with more options for a lower price. The worst part was their overall condescending tone during our conversations -- they definitely chased away the sale. When I called Labelle, I was put in contact with Sean (the sales manager) and explained our situation. I told him I wasn't driving over 2 hours unless all the numbers made sense. He took the time to go over everything with me. Told me EXACTLY what we'd be paying, what we qualified for in rebates and incentives and what they'd give us for our trades. We ended our initial convo and he gave me his personal cell number and told me to call/text with any other questions. I prepared for "the typical experience" when actually going to Labelle to buy the vehicle, but I was floored by how well we were treated from start to finish! I texted Sean to tell him we were coming but were concerned that the distance wouldn't leave us with much time before they closed, not to mention we could only drive 2 of the 3 vehicles there. He told us not to worry and head on in. He put me in contact Louis in sales to begin the paperwork AND sent 2 guys OVER 2 HOURS ONE WAY to pick up and drive our third vehicle back to their dealership! By the time we reached Labelle, Louis had just finished detailing the vehicle, Kathy had our paperwork ready to go and Sean had waited for us to get there. They handled everything quickly, professionally, honestly and with smiles after closing time on a Friday night. They went above and beyond making this the easiest vehicle purchase we've ever made. We may be moving away for a few years, but they've gained loyal customers for life!

    We bought a 2014 Camaro, we love the car but we were charged for dealer prep fees of well over $400. There was cigarette smoke smeared across the windshield,... it was so bed we had to stop and buy Windex and a newspaper before we got home. The rear floorboard was gross and the oil was dark like it had a few thousand miles on it and it was 1/2 quart low. I know it's a used vehicle but we paid for these things to be taken care of. Money wasted on service not completed.

    I have attempted to establish contact and get some questions answered but all have gone unanswered. That would be 5 times. Email, online questions, and... cars.com. I get a auto reply asking if I am interested from Anthony, but no response to my questions. Hard to buy a vehicle from these folks. I would like an accurate description of a vehicle that they say has leather, bedliner and is a 4x4. None of pictures supports the descriptions. Can't really value the vehicle without the answers and surely will not drive down to see it without answers.

    Shopping for a car is terrible, we all know this. But, what makes it a great experience? 1.) Your sales person: Tobi here at Labelle Doge is a 100%... true truck professional and consultant. She went through in detail over the phone and email all my needs to special order my dream truck. She always returned my call, and emails. She was always a true professional. 2.) Price: Labelle Dodge has a low overhead, regardless of the facility, you get a great and fair price. This is what we care about right? 3.) Promise: Did you get promised something only to have to chase the dealership for it months down the road? Not here with Tobi. Everything down to the last detail was done prior to my arrival. 4.) Product: I had other dealers make excuses with my special order, delay things and jerk me around. Not with Tobi. So, if you are looking for a fantastic experience, and you need a heavy duty truck, 1500, 2500 or 3500 Ram pickup, this is the place in South Florida to visit or shop online. I should know, I work e-Commerce online in the automotive business. Happy Motoring Tobi!
