Write a reviewExtremely dishonest and shady. Avoid at all costs.
Advertises vehicle prices ~20% lower than they will actually sell it for. "Dealer Fees" such as key fob warranty ($500), reconditioning fee ($1,000) add up to almost $5000 on a $40,000 vehicle. Extremely dishonest and shady. Avoid at all costs.

Truly You Deserve Better Than This Dealership
Flew from Chicago to Florida to pick up my vehicle I was advised the cost of the vehicle was approximately $13,988. When I arrived the dealership advised me there were a additional fees. Per the final receipt I would need to pay the following ON TOP of the price. "Transport Fees: $399.00" (moving it from one dealership to another. Unnecessary since I was flying from Illinois to FL to pick up wherever the car was listed. Also illegal per FL law. Must be included in the vehicle listing price). “Car cleaning “Reconditioning Fee: $1199.00.” When I brought up that FL Law also firmly states vehicle cleaning is to be included in the listing price they insisted it was a specialized cleaning service and that Everyone had to pay it. “Extra Car Key Fee: $329.00” They charged me for a second car key, which the car did not come with. Charged me for new plates - I already had plates. They insisted they couldn’t be transferred. ($200 for tax, title, registration, then an additional 89.84 for tags) and then sent me a secondary letter in the mail saying I now owed them an additional $300+ dollars for the same service. “Charged me for a LowJack $599.99.” Security system that they personally installed when I advised them I did not want it and already had a security system in mind I intended to purchase they told me I had no choice and that everyone had to pay the fee. I went from $13,988.00 to $20,049. Additionally, Prior to arrival I provided my Approved Capital One Loan and gave them the verbal approval to reach out to Capital One for the details. Instead of utilizing this refenced loan the dealership, without my consent, ran my credit across 12 DIFFERENT BANKS, two of them belonging to Chrysler, and at no point in time reached out to Capital One for my approved rate. (At least not until after I inquired upon the status of it on site. ) AND LET ME ADD - They offered me my first two oil changes for free at Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep since I was driving back to Illinois that weekend. When I tried to use it when I got back, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep wouldn't accept it. I called Labelle to find out why. It's cause it can only be used there. Give a customer from Chicago free oil changes only at the Labelle Dodge and Chrysler location? This place is a joke. Overall this dealership is illegally charging customers. Openly. And when you question why they are charging fees the State of Florida specifically requires to be included in the listing price they tell you, “if you don’t want it then just go then. Leave and don’t buy it.” AFTER you’ve put a $1000 non-refundable fee to hold the car. AFTER you’ve travelled over 500 miles to pick it up. This is how they bulldoze you into a purchase. When I left with my vehicle I just accepted that I was robbed. That I’d been abused as a consumer. I chalked it up to luck and put the entire, stressful time behind me. I could sue, but I told myself what it cost to sue would essentially be what I would be paying my lawyer in the long run for the work. SO I LEFT. And then I get a letter in the mail requesting more money, fees they forgot to add or are now adding on for their convenience. And I am fed up. If that is the case, let us take all our receipts and move it to a higher court. FRIENDS, THERE ARE SMARTER PLACES TO SPEND YOUR MONEY. Don't let the search wear you down so much that you let this dealership or ANY of its similarly owned sister locations assist you.
Highly deceptive advertising
Highly deceptive advertising & poor communication. Actual price was $7000 more than advertised on a ~15k vehicle. Should be barred from posting on cars.com; the worst of the worst.

Research and review all reviews of this dealership
Look at all reviews (google etc ) before you visit. They advertise a co.petitive price on line but add 5k or more in dealer added accessories and fees. i am not sure how this place has not beenet with litigation.
Steer clear of LaBelle
Advertise website price was $16,600. Got to the dealership and was told the actual price would be $23,600 after fees and dealer add ons. Such a shady dealership. Never had a more horrid experience. Drove 2 hours to look at a car Total waste of time rude employees and dirty, rundown building.
CROOKS
This dealership posts one price on the internet and does the old bait and switch when you arrive. Also they try to add a 4900 dollar gouging of the customer for oil changes and low jack plus a coating they put on. - RUN RUN RUN !!!!!
Typical Car Dealer with Issues After the Fact
I purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 Rebel. Like most dealers, they have hidden fees that they don't disclose until you are signing the final paperwork. Even with the fees, the prices were not terrible. After completing all the paperwork, I was given my key and sent on my way. I say key because I was given only one key and key fob. When asked if they could assist in getting a second key, I was told that I could get one online and the cost was usually only $400-$500. That would have been nice to know prior to spending over $30,000 on a vehicle so I could negotiate on the pricing. Lesson learned. Three days after I purchased the truck and less than 100 miles later, I got in the truck to go to work and it wouldn't start. Took it to an auto parts store and checked the battery to find it was dead. Another $250 out of pocket. I called the Sales Manager to discuss my frustration and ask if there was anything they could do to help with the key fob, which I needed programmed, or the $250 battery I had to purchase after the fact and he had no interest in helping. For all future vehicle purchases, I will stick with CarMax. You might pay a little more up front, but at least you know what you are paying for and you get support after the fact. I will never go back to Labelle Dodge Chrysler Jeep.
False advertising
just now They do not honor the sale price they list online. Would not recommend you wasting your time playing pricing games. The manger told me i do not want to sell you the car.
No service whatsoever!
Husband pulled in 2 months ago after getting jumped in a parking lot with our 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4. Labelle, FL Jeep is filthy, multiple trailers attached as building. Asked if he had an appointment. Told them no it won't start without a jump. So no appointment. Got jumped and drove right here. Told booked up and can make an appointment for next week. Duh! Also, my husband was wearing a mask as he has stage IV lymphoma. Techs were coming in for coffee, etc. and began making fun of him for wearing it and saying things like "must be a Biden supporter!" No covid protocols in place whatsoever. He got jumped again and drove all the way to Fort Meyers Jeep where he was taken immediately. Defective battery. Replaced, no charge and he was on his way. Will never, ever step foot in here again. Pathetic! Can't believe Jeep allows this place to run!
Unprofessional Leadership
You know how bad of a dealer or business it is when they don’t respond to emails, calls and bad reviews. The first thing a good business would do is call you to fix your issue so you would delete the bad review. They just told me a truck with no oil, engine light came on, I had to pay $300 service and there is “nothing the General manager Bobby Collins can do for me”. He is a thief and I will be making sure Dodge takes a look into this business and their horrific customer service practices.
