The car was thoroughly checked out and I was shown that the cabin filter needed replacing, which I had not known about. I was offered a free car wash which... was a pleasant surprise. The staff is always pleasant and patient in answering my questions. I did not feel pressured by them when I had bought the car from them. I believe I was given a fair deal when I bought the car.

The best Kia dealer experience in SW Florida to date. They don't try to over sell you on anything. Service is incredible. Hand washing cars instead of... the usual scuff n buff that most other dealers have. I highly recommend Sunset Kia.

Well service advisor was more than helpful and courteous, but the cashier at time of payment definitely needs extensive training on how to treat customers... and at least appear to have a positive attitude
