Volkswagen of Corpus Christi has been locally owned and operated since 2010. There are three partners that make up the ownership group: Leo Griggs Eddie Lee and Luis Perez. We are not only the owners of the business but we manage the day to day operation as well. What that means to you is you can always speak to one of the owners if you so desire. I can’t thank Volkswagen enough for taking care of my needs and getting me exactly what I wanted. Adrian was very attentive and made sure I had every question answered before finalizing the sale. 10/10 would recommend putting your trust into this team!

f I could give VW of Alamo Heights zero stars, I would. I bought my brand new 2024 Taos from here in May. While traveling to Corpus Christi in July it broke down, and the entire experience has been a nightmare from start to (still waiting for) finish. My car, with less than 3,000 miles on it, was towed to the VW of Corpus Christi. It’s now been 6 weeks, and I still have no idea when it will be repaired. Jose, the service advisor, has been unable to give me an ETA. To make matters worse, they won't provide a rental car, claiming they don't have any available. So, good luck if you ever need one from this dealership. The level of customer service I've experienced has been shocking. I initially gave them a great review because the experience of selling me the car was great. If you need help after that point, they are zero help. On Monday July 29th 5 days after being towed, I met with Adnaan "Andy" Rowshan and Cameron Harris, the salespeople I dealt with at Alamo Heights, they told me to call VW directly because the car isn’t at their dealership. They refused to provide a loaner car, stating that my car was towed to the closest dealership where it broke down. Chris Cameron, their manager, was too busy to help me, and even after leaving my number for Lee Tinoco, the GM, weeks ago I didn’t hear back. This is completely unacceptable for a brand-new car, and I expected much better service. The lack of communication, the refusal to offer a rental car, and the general disregard for their customers is appalling. I deeply regret purchasing from VW of Alamo Heights, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

I want to thank jerry bibb how he went out of way to help

I want to thank jerry bibb how he went out of way to help us and made sure that I knew everything about the car. Jerry was patient with us and made sure that's the car I wanted and we didn't feel like pressure to buy it. My husband is 78 and I'm 74 and Jerry took his time to work with us. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you.

The sales person was friendly and courteous . I was not pressured to choose a certain model. Everyone at the dealership were friendly. So far I’m pleased with my selection and model that I bought.

This is a great dealership to buy a car from.

This is a great dealership to buy a car from. My salesman, Joe Hernandez, brought the car to my house for a test drive. We did all the paperwork over the phone. Then the salesman brought the car to me and took my trade. All the other people I dealt with over the phone were very helpful.

Best customer service Ever

so i purchased a 2020 Cadillac XT6 SUV from Cynthia Sandoval few days ago and let me tell you i had the best experience i’ve ever gotten from a saleswomen or salesman she was very professional and i recommend her to anyone looking for a new car. Also i wanna give a Huge shout to Andy Pham this guy there is not enough words to describe the professionalism he showed me while signing my contract . With what we though we was having issues with our AC Mr Pham didn’t hesitate to jump in a loaner suv to come pic up my car and take to dealership to get worked on come to find out there was nothing wrong with the AC ( completely owner era ) he drove from corpus christi to austin texas just to fix the problem and drive back . You will never find that kind of customer service in Car shopping world he was very understanding and professional i will forever mentioned Andy Pham and Cynthia Sandoval to anyone looking to get a vehicle from that place . Yalls owners should be proud of yall

They took complete advantage of my elderly father. They saw an opportunity to make a bunch of money and ran with it before I even knew it was happening. My dad ended up with a car that didn’t have features he thought it had and not safe for him. So sad for a reputable dealership. I have tried to reach out to resolve and they don’t respond. Hope others don’t get taken advantage of at this dealership. Peace and love. Gimmick.
