The service department is A-1!! Sales? Horrible!! I traded in my truck due to the pricing of fixing things, they rob you, and I've only owned my used Jeep for 3 mts and have had soooo many problems with it!! And they expect ME to pay for them!! I am so unhappy with them. I dealt with them for service on my Ram 1500 for years but had never purchased from them. Due to the great service, I gave them first dibs on my trade in. They lowballed and left me sitting for 6 hrs just with the back and forth. Wayne Schmidt Jr even called me, he's an unprofessional idiot!! I would recommend service but DO NOT trust them for sales!! The service staff refers to them as "the millionaires that walk by without acknowledging us". That should be the "review" you trust!!

Friendly and reassuring
Fast friendly service. I had a minor issue that needed to be addressed while I was visiting from out or state. The shuttle driver Laurie H was very quick and made me feel at ease having my car serviced. Especially since I am unfamiliar with the area.

Exceptional Customer Service!
Christie Walker in Service went above and beyond! She answered all my questions and explained everything perfect! Very nice! I could literally see her smiling through the phone! She was very nice!
