Great team in service!

I always take my Ford to Access! The Service Advisors are beyond helpful and so friendly. They always make me feel so welcomed & full of trust that they’ll take care of my vehicle! They always update me in a timely manner and offer choices & quotes for my repairs/service. I would highly recommend this dealership!

quick oil change

most of the places i have been to, take too long...i was in and out in less than an hour...... love the service....will bring my vehicle here from now on....thank you access ford. i was truly impressed and the next time i purchase a vehicle, i will come here first.

Oil change and Tire Rotation

Regardless of the time you show up, there will be a minimum of 2 hour wait. I waited there for my truck to get done. The seats next to the children's play area smell like old rotten furniture. Joe the Cockroach decided to come out and play right next to where I was sitting. No biggie, but then I saw 2 small roaches and those are just dirty roaches. So I moved and continued enjoying Netflix. Overall it was ok, bit the greatest but also not the worst!

Great buying experience!

I worked with Luke and Ruben, both were very professional and I appreciated them explaining and comparing all the models to my wife. They let her make her own decision without trying to talk her into anything or out of anything. Great car buying experience.

My experience

I took truck in for oil change, a fix on my tail gate, and a recall I was told 1 day called at 5 pm and all they did was the oil change and was told they were just starting on the tailgate they would call me in the morning I called at noon and was told they had to order the parts because they don’t keep in stock . Drove the truck home and by the time I go the 40 miles my check engine line is on my electronics are going on and off not very happy at the moment

SERVICE AS PROMISED

I CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE SURE I COULD DROP MY LINCOLN OFF AT 8:30 AM FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND PICK IT UP AT 11:30. I WAS TOLD BY ROY TO BRING IT IN. WHEN I ARRIVED, ROY WAS HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER SO IMMEDIATELY TIM ASKED IF HE COULD HELP ME. HE WROTE THE TICKET UP AND I WAS ON MY WAY WITHIN 3 MINUTES! I CALLED AT 11:20 AND ASKED TIM IF IT WAS READY AND HE PUT ME ON HOLD TO FIND OUT AND WAS BACK ON THE PHONE IN 30 SECONDS TO TELL ME IT WAS READY. I ASKED HIM TO BRING IT UP FRONT FOR ME. WHEN I ARRIVED, MY CAR WAS WAITING ON ME. NEXT TIME I WILL REQUEST TIM.

Purchasing a new vehicle

It was a great experience. My salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made me feel comfortable. My finance manager was very helpful with the warranty information and overall transaction. I purchased the vehicle.
