Everyone was awesome and took good care of me.

Everyone was very helpful taking care of what I needed done to my truck. The service department did an awesome job working on my truck and letting me know what else I needed.

Excellent

They are friendly and make just want to come back again I always come in and they take my car to get an oil changed. It’s about an hour wait, so I go and see what new vehicles they have in the showroom.

Atlanta went above and beyond

I'm from Midland (500 miles away). Found best price in country on a specialty Mustang. Sent online enquiry and my email was returned next morning. Within an hour I was talking with salesperson, Atlanta. She was extremely helpful, personal, accommodating, and did whatever it took to make the deal work. Seems genuinely interested in helping me more than gouging for price. Helped me with my trip down, my stay, and even offered to pick me up from airport. I highly recommend Access and Mrs. Atlanta Romero specifically. I NEVER take the time to write reviews but she deserves it.

Not best job...

I took my car in for a new car fob and to get recalls taken care of. When I left only one recall service was done and they forgot to connect my battery back right. I had to go back the very next day for them to"swap " out a new battery. They finally took care of it but somehow managed to get a footprint on my passage side seat headrest and a chip on my passenger door. I've only had this new car for 5 days and I've had this to deal with. I don't recommend taking the car back for the service. One thing that was great was the service desk employee Juan B. He was nice and respectful but as for serving I do not recommend this place. Now on my new car I have to pay $500 for the damage done.

New tires

Good. Juan was very helpful. Price was right and he called around to get a price for a windshield replacement for me that will be done soon.
