Waited 3.

Waited 3.5 hours for the 15,000 miles service to be completed, that I had an appointment for. When the tires were rotated, they didn't check tire pressure and the pressure was low on several tires - a couple days later the low pressure warning came on. The car wasn't vacuumed or windshield cleaned. No better than JiffyLube and way more expensive with 4x the wait time.

This dealership gives me so much unnecessary stress. If anything can go wrong, it will and the dealership will try to make it right and act like they’re doing you a favor. The staff are so rude to each other, put customers in the middle of disagreements, and leave trash in my car every time. I’ve had to come back repeatedly for the same issues. I have to double check everything they recommend service-wise because they maintain incorrect records and recommend unnecessary services. If I hadn’t questioned every item they recommend, I would be out a lot of money, time, and stress. Cannot express how much of a headache this dealership is every single time.
