Outstanding Service Department !! Vicky was exceptionally helpful and efficient in handling the Factory Recall on my 22 RAM 1500 Big Horn. My appointment time was scheduled for 11:00 AM with an estimated 1 hour completion time. Recall and complete vehicle inspection was completed by 12:00 PM as promised ! I can't say enough about the GREAT people like Vicky who go the "EXTRA mile with a SMILE" in all the departments at WINTER HAVEN CDJRF ! I highly recommend this GREAT DEALERSHIP ! I arrived on time and the service manager said they will
I arrived on time and the service manager said they will be right with me. They took my truck right in and I was done in about 45 minutes. The customer service girl Amber was very pleasant and polite.

Purchased over priced oil change deal, then was informed
Purchased over priced oil change deal, then was informed they would not honor the 2nd oil change because I had traded in the Jeep. No attempt made to compromise just informed me I am out $75. Absolutely no customer service. Not the first time with this particular automotive group over charged me. They own a number of dealerships in my area. First time they added fees for “shop supplies” when all they were doing was programming a car fob. I pointed this out to the tech and he insisted that it was just taxes.

AAA+ to salesman Mr. Nicholas Cunningham at the Pre-owned Center. He was so professional, knowledgeable, thorough, kind and patient. We called him about a vehicle we were interested in. My husband is an army veteran. We explained that we had my Father gravely I'll and had to travel in this vehicle asap. The next day we were there, on 7/31/24 to pick it up. It was unbelievable to us how easy and fast he made the process. The vehicle was great just as described. We signed some final documents in the finance office with Mr. Matt Brown who was also amazing. These guys are very honest. They are the best.
