Have bought 3 cars and use them for service. Worth the drive from Lakeland (or Tampa/Orlando) to use dealer that is old school, no high pressure sales and takes care of the customer.

Excellent service from the dealership! Sam was wonderful to work with in coordinating. I felt like the dealership did excellent on giving me a great overview of car and needed items. They didn’t come across as trying to push items to repair.. seemed genuine.

I would strongly caution anyone considering selling their
I would strongly caution anyone considering selling their vehicle to Dodge Ram of Winter Haven. My experience started out professionally but ended with the dealership failing to honor a firm price that they had confirmed after a full inspection. I brought in my 2024 Honda Odyssey, and after their team inspected the vehicle, a representative made me a firm offer of $26,500. I accepted, and we had a deal. They said the necessary person wasn't available to cut the check, so they told me to come back the next day to finalize the sale. I left believing we had a finalized agreement. However, the next morning, they called me to back out of our deal, dropping the price all the way down to $19,000. This feels like a deliberate strategy to get a seller committed, only to pressure them into accepting thousands of dollars less at the last minute. A dealership's word should mean something, especially after they've completed their own inspection made a firm offer and had me drive over 50 miles for it. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I took my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same.
