I am happy with the car they picked out for me.

I am happy with the car they picked out for me. When other dealers said NO. Jenkins Nissan said yes. That worked hard a diligent. The original sales person who help me picking out a car. Tanner I think was so nice and open about my choices. He worked Patient we me and never once gave up

Comparing to previous dealership experiences, id say average. Miscellaneous hidden fees to offset trade in, car had to be detailed, salesman working multiple deals simultaneously taking away from buyer experience. Super odd but got what I was initially looking for. 3?

I had an appointment.

I had an appointment. For a relatively minor repair. I called and was told. It should take about 90 minutes. When I arrived. 10 minutes early for my appointment. I was told it may take 2 1/2 hours. I was not kept apprised of the status and had to check continually. On my vehicle. I did not leave the dealership Until. 2:45. For a 10 AM appointment.

Service writers, promptly greeted upon arrival.

Service writers, promptly greeted upon arrival. requested recall service in reasonable amount of time. Service advisor informed me that the recall replacement would be done ahead allotted time frame. Vehicle, was complete well ahead of requested time. Service department kept up with this professional reputation.

So professional, knowledgeable & helpful. I needed a car immediately on a Sunday afternoon for work as my lease was expiring & I was having trouble with the car. They went over & beyond to find me a great car & out the door on a Sunday to get to work Monday!! I’m referring everyone to Jenkins Nissan ( a friend already coming soon). Superb service. Thank you.
