Very low stress.

Very low stress. Ever since I purchased my Titan in 2017, I have always experienced great customer service and fair prices at Jenkins Nissan.

I was in Lakeland visiting my daughter.

I was in Lakeland visiting my daughter. I was afraid to drive home which is a 2 hour drive. I called the service dept and I was able to get an appointment the same day. They figured out what my noise was and explained to me what I needed to get done. They told me it would be done in 2 or 3 hours. Now it was 7:30 pm and didn't hear from them. I called and the receptionist put me on hold for awhile and then told me that my car wasn't going to be done. I asked for someone in the shop and she looked into it and told me that my car was done. So, I was not very happy with the first person I spoke to. But in the end, I got my vehicle and was able to go back to my home to Port Charlotte safely. Thank you.

Took care of my service needs quickly Last time I came in I had an awful experience I was there for 5 hours for oil change so this was quite a bit improvement

Sami our sales associate greeted us in the lot. My wife and I were interested in a Rogue. We look at several other models and even worked some numbers. We decided to go look at other lots and came back and bought an Altima

Disappointed.

Disappointed. Oil change was ok. After over 2 hours car was not checked for leak. Canceled leak check. Latch on hood was not checked. Service tech left for lunch.

My experience from start to finish was amazing!

My experience from start to finish was amazing! It began with Jordin, then Mr. Rick, and concluded with Mr. Sami. Each person took time to listen to my needs and provided excellent service. Mr. Sami was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and honest with me. He treated me with respect and did everything he could to assist me with my new vehicle. I appreciated how he catered to my children. I believe Mr. Sami took care of me the way he would want someone to care for his family. I am eternally grateful to Mr. Sami and the finance department for making this experience a blessed one for me and my family!
