Went and made it clear I didn't have time to wait on my
Went and made it clear I didn't have time to wait on my BRAND NEW vehicle to be fixed and serviced. I was informed by Jp no free oil changes existed that were promised by Dan (Jp confirmed with Louis as Dan was off). I was also told I wouldn't have to wait on my vehicle, Jp stated he would check the bay (after telling me there were 2.5 cars ahead of me) and let me know if there was a wait because my words to him were 'time is of the essence and I don't have it to waste). I continued waiting over an hour before asking another service advisor wherr my car was because I've been waiting. I was told Jp took a break and my car was next, but he told me it was next before I waited and told me he would inform of the time was waiting. I wasted my time there as I work on my own time and I had to squeeze a visit to the dealership around my work schedule. Dan told me to bring the car back on the days he wasn't off, but time has not been available as I said previously: time in gently of the essence as I'm a nurse and have to see my patients everyday

2 1/2 hours to wait for an oil change is completely
2 1/2 hours to wait for an oil change is completely ridiculous. Your service manager wasn’t even at his desk for the last 45 minutes when my car was actually done within an hour and 30 minutes.
