    Wife shows up for appointment 720, was told people to do that work would be in at 800,Why. Car not ready till 930. Our time is as important as yours.Second... time bad service, have bought 5 cars there may need to go elsewhere.

    Went to the dealer looking for a used car for my girl friend.. Angel, our salesman was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure that... everything went well. We bought the 2012 Chevy Malibu. A month later, I we went back on a matter and was shown a 2017 Buick Encore. Once again, Angel took over and made the buying experience simple. Thanks also goes to Anthony and to Carlos. It seems like everyone there is friendly, and more than willing to help. My compliments to everyone.

    Just purchased a new car from the St Cloud location and had a great experience. My salesman was Joseph Politi and he was the best!! In a matter of a few... hours he had the car I had selected brought to the St Cloud location, had it cleaned beautifully, paperwork completed, and I was on my way with my new car. Joseph was knowledgeable, professional, and had the best personality. He made the whole experience enjoyable, certainly the best car shopping experience I've ever had. If you need a car, call Joseph and give him the opportunity to earn your business, you won't be disappointed. Thanks so much Joseph for all your help. Love my new car!!

    Do not buy from this dealer they lie and tell you what ever you want to hear just to get you to sign once you sign they do not follow through with there... promises. There used cars are full of issues that they do not fix and hide from you . They should be closed for there deceitful tactics they use just to sell a car.

    We bought 2018 Chevy Impala January 2019. We were promised a 2nd key fob and an owners manual as car did not have either. As of February 20th we have not... received either item. We have called dealership about this issue and though they promise to look into it they never return our calls. Hope we never lose our one key fob as car would be useless without it. I don't think we would have bought this car if we had known the dealership wasn't going to come through as they promised.

    Dishonest along with GM sold me a vehicle NEW with known problems now giving me the run around. Vehicle in the shop for the 4th time. Tell you things... to pacify you not sure if their game is to wear me down or make it impossible for me to accept a buy back due to mileage.

    They are lying , xxxxxxxx!!!!!!! DOMT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Customer service is horrendous, and the most incompetent sales staff ever. The finance... guy is no way a high school graduate. He is too dumb.

    They required a $100 deposit to hold a truck they didn’t even have and after we told them we were going elsewhere because they misled us about their financing... rates, they cashed the check anyway and it’s been 30 days. I still haven’t seen my money.
