Robby is awesome. He was prompt in answering every question we had and helping us with finding the right options we needed in our Ford Maverick 2023 purchase. We settled on deciding the options I wanted and what was in the inventory over phone. When I arrived, Robby had the truck ready to test drive and I was in and out the door in around an hour with a new truck. Everyone at Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee was very friendly, helpful and forthcoming in helping us get our Ford Maverick 2023 for a great price. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone if they are in the market for a Ford.

I was looking for a 2023 Ford Maverick.
I was looking for a 2023 Ford Maverick. While I was eligible to purchase under the Ford Friends and Family program, no dealership would offer the vehicle under the program. I found a Maverick at this dealership. The deal offered was suitable. We completed the deal and they even delivered the car to me 200 miles away. Upon inspection of the vehicle, I found a small scratch in the door and after the dealership installed they drop in bedliner, they failed to replace the upper forward tiedowns. These were not big issues, but I did want the dealership to address them. My salesman, Joan, followed up on these issues for me. The dealership provided touch up paint and the tiedowns. I am very grateful for the effort of Joan for following up and ensuring that I was satisfied. I would recommend Joan and his dealership if you are considering buying a Ford vehicle. Thank you to everyone involved in the purchase process and follow up with the paint and the tiedowns.
