Great Buying Experience

Went to the dealership to look at the Levante, test drive it, and compare it to others on our list of potential cars. Yarik was introduced to us as the Maserati specialist. He did a great job highlighting the features of the Levante. Since we first inquired about a used model, he probably felt that we were trying to minimize what we were willing to spend on the Levante. However, after browsing the lot while we waited for Yarik to locate keys, we came across a special edition Levante S Granlusso that, though at the high end of what can be spent on a Levante S, was stunningly beautiful. Being a Porsche family, we wanted to drive the new Cayenne before making a decision. Yarik welcomed us to do so, and encouraged us to do that before we even discuss buying the Levante. We went to the Porsche dealership, drove the Cayenne, and were convinced that the Levante was much more thrilling of a car that we would not soon tire of. We went right back to Yarik and purchased the Levante S. Though we returned just before closing time, Yarik, the general manager and the finance person all stayed two hours past closing on a Saturday evening to finish our transaction. Simply excellent customer service. We are enjoying the car, and look forward to future purchases from the dealership. They had an excellent selection of used performance cars, including a beautiful M2, that took some willpower to resist taking it home. Thank you, Yarik for a truly enjoyable purchase experience.

Excellent!

I stopped by the dealership to look at used G63 they had and however i did not buy the car that day i had an excellent experience. I was assisted by Yarik and he was fabulous! Very easy going, no pressure environment. Any questions i had he had an answer. Phenomenal service and solid salesmanship. Definitely your guy for your next car purchase. New or preowned.

Above and Beyond ( Make it Happen for U)

Buying process was very smooth and easy as this is my second time buying from them. Very Happy with my car and Yarik has gone above and beyond to make it happen for me.He was very Knowledgeable and professional! When I took my car for service, the staffs are all very friendly and warm! Would definitely recommend anyone and would come for my next car and definitely refer my family and friends!

Outstanding service

Yarik is a very knowledgeable salesman and easy to work with. Got to test out some of the car. I had the best experience working with Yarik and would highly recommend him. Now I have a better idea about my future dream car.

I’m in love with my Alfa Giulia ti sport!

Yarik helped me find the perfect Alfa Romeo for me! He was patient & responsive in his responses in the days leading to my visit. He had the car we talked about ready at the front upon my arrival. Everything was white glove service from the beginning to end. I test drove the car & Yarik drove the car showing me things that would have taken me weeks to learn. He showed me all the other Alfa’s available and pointed out the differences in options. Luckily, he did so, because In my quest for the perfect car that I would drive for the next 10 years, I nearly forgot how important the sound sytem was to me! We listened to both systems and of course I went with the Harmon Kardon sound system. What really impressed me with the whole experience was how there was no pressure at any time. It was about making me happy and finding the right car. The dealership gave me a very fair price on my trade in & Tim in financing worked miracles for my less than ideal credit score. The car was detailed to perfection upon the completion of financing. I’d like to also mention that I was in talks with 3 other Alfa deslerships, had visited one of them 6 months prior & the difference in service from Yarik was stellar in comparison. No pressure sales tactics. It was about the customer being happy & having fun. White glove service from beginning to end with Yarik. Highly recommend!!!

New Stelvio

We had a fun buying experience at a dealership with million dollar cars and they made my 50k car purchase great. Yarik and Tim were very professional and they gave me the deal I asked for.

Yarik was excellent to work with, along with a brief discussion with Tim. Extremely informative, knowledgeable and customer centric, making you feel like family. He made the car buying process an enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend Yarik to anyone looking for an Alfa Romeo Stelvio (or any other car). Thank you, Yarik...I LOVE my new Stelvio!

Five stars in not enough

I would highly recommend working with Yarik. He is definitely an auto enthusiast full of knowledge and great advise. He is a true professional. I would classify him as a " new car consultant". Certainly not a salesperson. My experience in selecting a new car was amazing from start to finish. No pressure sales and a dealership full of warm kind people. Five stars in not enough to express my gratitude and thanks for making my purchase fun.

Poor Customer Service

Prior to closing a deal with this dealership, they provide great customer service. You are catered to and made to feel you matter as a customer. However it appears once your transaction is closed and leave the dealership, as a customer you are placed in a que behind those who have not purchased a Ferrari yet. It seems my salesperson Alex is more concerned about following up with customers who have not purchased yet than his clients who have already purchased. Be warned, its a great experience prior to buying but don't expect much after your purchase.

Business owner

Very poor and bad experience the sales rep candido did not speak or explain anything about car !!!!!!! All he did is bring the keys and answer 2 questions. Did not try to sell or show me anything also didn?t even care to take my info just handle me business card and that?s it.
