Straight forward process start to finish.

Straight forward process start to finish. No pressure during process. Salesperson Patty Cali was very pleasant and easy going. No pressure at all. Erin in finance took the time to explain options in detail.

Tom was a great service advisor.

Tom was a great service advisor. Previous service advisors were not very friendly and you can tell they were unhappy.

What a great experience buying a vehicle at Key Scales

What a great experience buying a vehicle at Key Scales Ford.Everyone there is helpful and actually treated us like family. Brianna our sales person,Randy the GSM,and Erin our finance manager were all great and it starts off with a Sales Person Brianna to get it all started.Thank you Brianna and all the rest of the fine people there.

A great experience looking for a new Ford Mustang.

Great service at Key Scales Ford, and Hunter Graf is a great salesperson! He addressed all my concerns and questions about the Ford Mustang I was interested in and was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Not once did he put pressure on me. I highly recommend this dealership.

Do Not Purchase a Vehicle from here

The purchase went well of course the sales guy which was the best there has left. However, all those warranties and extra services you purchase that you are supposed to get refunded for when you sell the vehicle is a whole other story. I sent in the bill of sale and it's been 5 weeks. When I called the finance department to check on the status I was told it could be 90 days. I have bought/sold over 12 vehicles in the past 15 years. This has never taken more than 2 weeks. My husband just got a new car and received his warranty refund from Kia in 8 days. So why does it take this dealership 90 days? They are not submitting the paperwork timely or holding onto the money. Don't buy from here unless you plan on keeping the vehicle for life.

Our Team has processed the cancellation however the reimbursement from the finance company is still pending. Worst Service Ever

Customer service is the pits. If I could give a negative rating I would. Every member of the service staff is rude and acts put out to take care customer’s needs. Horrible service, no one is kind or caring. Denise acts like taking care of your servicing needs are taking up her time. Brandi doesn’t return calls or communicate, it took her 10 days to call me about my recall items while they had my car. Brian, the service manager, is his title but he is rude and uncaring and Lenora the GM, doesn’t hold her employees accountable and makes excuses for their poor service. Steer clear of this place.

I got a 2012 Escape with 23000 miles it's absolutely perfect they even drop the price to include the taxes so I got it for the amount of money I h a d to spend thank you Erin Potts
