I had an appointment for a oil change on September 19 at

I had an appointment for a oil change on September 19 at 10:30 am. I watched the service department drive my truck around to the lot near the work area. When I came to the service counter an hour later I noticed my truck had never been moved. Needless to say I was Pissed. Never Again.

Consumer response

Very poor way to treat a customer. This was my gmc 2016 canyon with 40,000 miles. I also own a 2021 Arcadia Denali that I purchased at Eagle, 3,000 miles. Never Again.

From the moment I went in the door I felt like royalty I was greeted by Cody Robert and Scott because I had problems with my truck. They put my truck in the shop try to fix it the best that they could when we found out there was nothing they could do. Cody got me into something that fit my financial standing Cody was on top of everything from every phone call to every question. And my situation wasnt an easy one. Not the greatest credit small credit file and and no stability of my credit but they were still able to work with me if you're looking for a great place to buy a car this is the place friendly fast I will find you exactly what you want and need

2nd trip in for no a/c on vehicle with 4600 miles.

2nd trip in for no a/c on vehicle with 4600 miles. Service manager Scott and technician Andy worked on vehicle for4 days, used dye to finally find leak and replaced the part. Only problem encountered was the wheel well liner on right rear side was left bent up against the tire, rubbing same for 22 miles. Contacted Scott to advise same and then hopefully my husband and I fixed the problem Hope no residuals to the liner or tire.

My first stop was at Eagle Buick and I had the opportunity to test drive a beautiful suv with Terry. Unfortunately it wasn’t what I was looking for but Terry was super patient with me as I did my research and looked at 5 other lots. I had a specific number in mind with a little extra wiggle room on my payment and he stuck with me as I tirelessly searched for a car that would fit my needs and wants. When he called me and said come in and look at a new trade in, I drove it around the parking lot in the rain and decided it was the one. Between Russ Baldner, Ronnie Elson and Terry Ellsworth they made this car buying experience great. I would recommend this dealership 100x over!
