After reading other reviews about this dealership I had some doubts about doing business here but after contacting my salesman Tim Lide my concerns went away. I have one rule I live by and it is that I never, ever buy a vehicle from a dealership that adds items to a new vehicle and insist you pay for them even if you don't want them. I thought I made that clear on my first contact with Tim. The price was right. They offer you bottom Kelly Blue Book price for your trade, it is up to you to get that brought up before you continue. the sales part went better than can be expected. We ran into a snag in the finance department and they tried real hard to force you to buy the extended warranty package. there was an issue with that part but the manager Cesar took care of it and made the whole deal work out perfectly. So good in fact that the following week I bought another vehicle from them! Very happy customer, telling my friends about this place even though it is 2 1/2 hours away.

Bought a new 2025 grand Cherokee 4x4 with the altitude package and so far way happier then I was with the carnival! The sales guy Tim was pleasant to work with he made the whole thing quick and easy for me and wife.
