OIL LEAKING FROM MY VEHICLE
My vehicle was driven in by a wrecker service, I had already contacted Ricardson's Service dept, I spoke with Melissa to let her know, she explained they would call me back as soon as they had someone available to look at it. It was on a Friday afternoon I didn't expect a call until the following week because they had a full schedule and would take a few days, but to my big surprise I received a call that evening before 8PM. She explained the situation very well and what they were going to do. Another surprise she called me Monday that my vehicle was fixed ready for pickup it didn't have any major damage's and was an easy fix. We picked it up Tuesday morning and my son has his car back for work. Thank you so much, will defiantly return but this time to purchase a new truck.

Not Happy!
Why does it take Frank Gonzalez 1st phone was July 20th in the AM, 2nd phone call was in the pm. I called twice on July 21 in the AM and PM He finally called me yesterday afternoon but I was away from my phone and I returned his call voicemail. I called him twice today July 22 he still has not returned my call! Is that the way you treat your customers? You had no issue depositing my check!

My engine light visit
I had to take my car in due to the engine light coming on. The service I received was very great! The front service rep Marty was very informative as to what was going on with my car. Would definitley recommend this dealership! I didnt buy a vehicle this visit but I did purchase my vehicle here a few years back... that experience was still a good one. (Reason for 4 starts) :)
