These guys are a great group of men. I bought my vechile back in 11/15 and my 2015 Duramax is still performing like a beast. There is one annoying i...rritating defect. When I brake, the brakes squeal. This happened from the get go of purchase. I've taken my truck back to Brown, Ancira and Freedom Chevrolet with absolutely no luck. How I wish the squealing brakes could get resolved.

Purchased a Suburban vehicle 1 month ago ( just made 1st payment) from Noel in sales and Brett the Sales manager. I let them known I need a reliable v...ehicle due to our upcoming Military move to another state. They assured me I was getting a good vehicle with a limited 100%parts 100% labor coverage. Plus I purchased the major guard coverage. I made the drive to NC and was stranded in West Virginia in a blizzard, then when arrived to Fort Bragg NC took the vehicle to get serviced. They notified me my battery was completely bad. I contacted the dealership and Noel stated they would cover the battery and to contact Brett the following day since he was gone for the day. I contacted the dealership in NC and told them to go ahead and install the battery. I had to walk to take my kids to the first day at the new school in NC. The following day I contacted Brett and let him know. Brett then proceeded to tell me they would not cover the battery stated he was not going to cover the cost and did not know why Noel would agree to pay. He stated he understood I was frustrated and mis informed but he was not covering the cost. The NC dealership also had to replace a High Frequency antena that was out for the GPS on the vehicle. My purchased warranty would cover with $100 deductible for antena only. I am so disappointed in this dealership and the staff . My husband and I both grew up in Devine and thought we choose a good dealership and trustworthy people. This dealership is not military friendly and I would not recommend business with Brett the sales manager or Sales staff. Really disappointed in the service I received.
