Customer Happy

It was late and Joshua responded immediately from a posting i did on the internet. I told him we were about 4 minutes from his location and would see him. We explained we wanted to trade our 2021 chrysler pacifica in for a vehicle that had less option available on it than the current vehicle. He brought several vehicles for us to look at and test drive, he explained his boss said to get some used vehicles on the lot and make the deals. Joshua made an excellent trade and gave us the deal we could live with. Thank You Joshua for being so professional

Expertly Swindled

I was swindled by finance person who added charges to my contract after I expressly declined them and then used my electronic signature while keeping me distracted from what he was doing until it was too late. All the finesse of an experienced pick-pocket. I wonder how high up this conspiracy goes. You think country folk would have more respect for their own.

Awesome buying experience!!

Excellent customer service! Great set of employees! Fast buying process! I couldn?t ask more for my buying experience. We had to stay later than when they closed and they still had great customer service and just happy to help you.

False information

Purchased a Suburban vehicle 1 month ago ( just made 1st payment) from Noel in sales and Brett the Sales manager. I let them known I need a reliable vehicle due to our upcoming Military move to another state. They assured me I was getting a good vehicle with a limited 100%parts 100% labor coverage. Plus I purchased the major guard coverage. I made the drive to NC and was stranded in West Virginia in a blizzard, then when arrived to Fort Bragg NC took the vehicle to get serviced. They notified me my battery was completely bad. I contacted the dealership and Noel stated they would cover the battery and to contact Brett the following day since he was gone for the day. I contacted the dealership in NC and told them to go ahead and install the battery. I had to walk to take my kids to the first day at the new school in NC. The following day I contacted Brett and let him know. Brett then proceeded to tell me they would not cover the battery stated he was not going to cover the cost and did not know why Noel would agree to pay. He stated he understood I was frustrated and mis informed but he was not covering the cost. The NC dealership also had to replace a High Frequency antena that was out for the GPS on the vehicle. My purchased warranty would cover with $100 deductible for antena only. I am so disappointed in this dealership and the staff . My husband and I both grew up in Devine and thought we choose a good dealership and trustworthy people. This dealership is not military friendly and I would not recommend business with Brett the sales manager or Sales staff. Really disappointed in the service I received.
