Service was ok. Service tech was friendly but failed to explain inspection results or bill of service. No courtesy car wash provided and waiting room amenities were poor.

Good service, Sam is very nice.
Good service, Sam is very nice. My only small issue is that I had a light on and even though I had an obvious issue. It would have been nice being that they did a diagnostic on the car to know what the issue was with the light. I thought with it being a diagnostic test I would have learned everything wrong with the car

The service dept was great.
The service dept was great. Very accommodating and courteous. Also the sales department was super nice and helpful in the purchase of a new car.

Friendly staff but had to wait over two hours for an oil
Friendly staff but had to wait over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This is very unusual.
