Tire rotation & Oil change

Went in at 7:30 a.m. for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted right away and the service was excellent. I think we were only there no more than one half hour and they were so nice and I could not have received any better service or any better people!!!!!!

Used car for the price of new.

My car was delivered with a chip they have tried to fix it twice and now has swirl marks and a lot more miles. I paid for a new car and got a used one,😞

I got the car I wanted at a great price!!

Trent was great, I bought this car sight unseen and delivered to my door. What a great service the did for me, I live in Boca so it was a couple of hundred miles for them to drive. Love the car just what I wanted.

Defective RIMS needed replacement!

My car is a 2016 (purchased October 2016) NISSAN PATHFINDER. All 4 ALLOY RIMS WERE CORODED. The Clear-Cote was defective and, most probably, salty air (we live on the MAINLAND) got under the clear-cote and attacked the ALOY WHEEL. The SERVICE MENAGER, at first tried to convince me that the rims were scratched. There were absolutely no signs of SCRATCH. Than HE told me that THIS KIND OF DEFECT IS NOT COWERED SINCE IT IS "PAINT-AND-TRIM" which is only covered for one year. I indicated to HIM that IF THE DEALERSHIP DOES NOT REMEDY THIS DEFECT I would exercise my option of reporting to CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY. Finally HE agreed to take pictures and send them to NISSAN. To make this long story short, the rims were replaced. NO WONDER THWT TOYOTA SELLS MUCH-MUCH MORE CARS => THEY HAVE A RUST GUARANTY FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN YOUR CAR!!!!

Air bag replacement

Fast Curtious , made sure I was set up if I wanted to wait for car, coffee, snacks, etc Called me when repairs were done, as well as text, does not get better!!!

First time Nissan buyers- Nissan Frontier 4 x 4

Purchasing a new vehicle has never been a positive experience until our experience @ Daytona Nissan! Trent in the internet department was so quick to respond to my questions and schedule an appointment. Blaine and Trent worked as a seamless team to educate us on the product we were interested in purchasing. Colin Smith, Sales Manager assisted his team in making us comfortable and informed. The overall team never said no to any of our requests, everything was a positive yes!! They found our perfect vehicle in SC and brought it back to their dealership within 2 days . It was beautifully detailed when ready to pick up. They provided a loaner for us to use while waiting for ours. Bob in the finance and warranty department provided the rest of our Nissan education, the bow on our package. We have never been extended warranty people, however, the Nissan warranty is common sense and a great safety umbrella if you plan to keep your vehicle for a period of time!! Definitely check it out. Thank you Trent, Blaine, Colin and Bob, we had a five star experience!! We will be highly recommending each of you and Daytona Nissan to friends and family.
