Anthony helped me and my husband find the car we needed.

Anthony helped me and my husband find the car we needed. From beginning to end, he explained everything. We went for a used car, but Anthony was able to get us a new car and made sure not to exceed the amount we had in mind for the monthly payment. We are very happy with our brand new 2023 Kia. The whole process was quick.

I was extremely satisfied with the sales department.

I was extremely satisfied with the sales department. The salesperson that put us in a new leased car couldn't of been any nicer. Really enjoyed working with him. The service department had it ready when they said it would be. Everyone I had to talk to, deal with were very friendly, professional and easy to talk to.

I was duped into buying a car!

I was duped into buying a car! Employees used the “f” bomb constantly! Was treated very badly and even laughed at by the finance manager! Was made to put my own tag on my car! Sales pressure started as I was waiting on my car in service. Was lied to by the sales representative just to make the sale! Will never go back! Most horrible car dealership experience of my life!

Service has gotten slightly faster.

Service has gotten slightly faster. I do think some of the pricings are ridiculous. 70 dollars for a filter is crazy but besides that the service was great

My driver side mirror did not work correctly.

My driver side mirror did not work correctly. In my 20 Kia soul they handled it very efficiently. Had to order the part part came in a reasonable time and everyone was very courteous

I have had no dealing with the service department?

I have had no dealing with the service department? I explained that this was to be my last forever car due to my age and retirement. So the salesman really could have gotten me into a vehicle that would last at least 1 year. The car really is a lemon. Everything has gone wrong with it. Also I was sold a car that has manual transmission paddles behind the steering wheel, which according to my ins agent, turns it into a sports car. Making my ins higher then the car payments! Really? At 63 I just wanted a long lasting car, Never asked for a sports car lol.
