I appreciated Chris who was easy to communicate with my

I appreciated Chris who was easy to communicate with my husband through text and phone before we got to the dealership. He also brought the vehicle I was interested in to the front of the dealership for us. Other dealerships had me walking around pregnant in the heat with my feet swelling. The process was easy and he got us a great deal! The finance guy JT was amazing and helped us make a great warranty decision and explained everything in an easily digestible way. He definitely took care of us all the way through. I'll definitely be send my friends and family to them.

Excellent experience dropping off my car for service.

Excellent experience dropping off my car for service. I accidentally chose too many things when making the appointment and was only charged for what was actually done. It’s nice to find an honest service provider for once! And the ETA for pick up was sooner than I was originally quoted.

We did most of our deal online with Edward Hernandez.

We did most of our deal online with Edward Hernandez. Edward is the best! I absolutely dislike most car buying experiences, but Edward and the folks at Ref McCombs Hyundai make it easy. No pressure and prompt attention. This is our second car we have purchased from RMH and I highly recommend them if you are shopping for a car! We only spent 45 in the dealership once we agreed and were approved and that is the only way to do it!

Always a great experience at the service center.

Always a great experience at the service center. Gustavo and Amber have always gone above and beyond when needed and always are on top of things for the customer, which is why I continue to come back all the time.

I have been going since I bought my car in 2000.

I have been going since I bought my car in 2000. I get lifetime oil changes. I like that I can get in and out whenever I go for my free oil change. Great service advisors and the Service Manager is an amazing woman who has been there for years and years. It doesn't get better than that for me. Thank you guys for doing such an awesome job for this car owner.

What can I say.

What can I say. Every time I come into the facility I have a great experience. From the moment I walk in I'm greeted, throughout my wait time they always follow-up and until the time I leave. My most recent visit, I traded in my 2024 to a 2025 and I could not be more happier than ever with my trade. Luis my sales rep was wonderful and explained everything to me from the begining to the end, the finance manager JT did the same thing, and last but not least Ricardo the manager helped out in every way he could to get me into the trade I wanted. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY AND LEADERSHIP!!!
