Was disappointed when we made an appointment and when

Was disappointed when we made an appointment and when checked in was told “there’s a few in front of me and it’ll still be an hour and a half to two hours.” I’ve always believed that making an appointment is the best course of action; however, doesn’t seem to be the case with your service department.

Was rushed out in the evening for a vehicle purchase.

Was rushed out in the evening for a vehicle purchase. Didn’t even get to go over all of the features of the vehicle at all. I would advise against purchasing a vehicle after 7pm here

I had a great experience at Red McCombs Hyundai

I had a great experience at Red McCombs Hyundai purchasing my new Santa Fe Calligraphy. James was very helpful, made sure that I was completely comfortable with the numbers before heading into finance, and was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the Santa Fe before I left the dealership. He also took the time to make sure that the Bluelink was fully set up before I left the dealership. Israel in finance was also great as well. He took the time and was very patient at exploring all of the different options to make sure that payments were exactly where I wanted them, and even gave me a great deal on an excellent warranty that will give me peace of mind. I left the dealership extremely happy and I can honestly say that every time I get into the Santa Fe I end up loving it a little more. Red McCombs Hyundai, along with James and Israel, are the epitome of professionalism and are an example of what all dealerships should model their customer service after. Thank you very much for such a great buying experience.
