The service personnel greeted me before I could get out of my car. They assisted me with my things since I am disabled. I was kept informed of the progress... of my car. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and friendly. Legend KIA is the only place I take my car to to get serviced. When my car was finished the service personnel explained. What was done to my car. My car was returned to me washed & vacuumed.
Enjoyed my experience at the dealership, was remembered by the salesman that sold me my car, made me feel that the dealership cares about their customers.

Salesman attentive but really busy. Need more staff, also had appearance pkg with but and it can’t be done for two months. Selling more cars than they... can keep up with. That means I’m making 2 car pymts before car is completed with what I bought.

Very good experience in the entire process of viewing, testing and purchasing the vehicle we originally saw online. A check engine light issue was immediately... and complimentarily repaired, as well as a vehicle loaned for the 1 day the repair took place.

I have had a great customer service experience everytime I been a world car kia north. The staff is friendly, attentive and efficient with the services... I have received. Most recently I went in for a tire replacement and received the best customer service everyone had so helpful and had great attitudes especially Monica and Marcelo they went the extra mile to make my experience less stressful and good.
