This place is a joke, took the car in to diagnose an

This place is a joke, took the car in to diagnose an issue and all they did was say I need to replace a major assembly. There was zero diagnostics performed and the service manager is something else. Stay away from Kia as they are not customer oriented after the sale.

If you're reading this it's too late!

If you're reading this it's too late! I went on line to get an idea of how much their large KIA SUV's were, I immediately started getting calls, 10 the first day. I explained that I was just curious about the car and wouldn't be ready to buy for a year. I've received over 30 phone calls and each one I explain I wasn't ready to buy and please take me off your list. Yesterday I got my 31st call and told him that now, you're pissing me off and I'd NEVER, EVER buy any car from any World Car Dealership!!!!!

If you're reading this it's too late! I went on line to get an idea of how much their large KIA SUV's were, I immediately started getting calls, 10 the first day. I explained that I was just curious about the car and wouldn't be ready to buy for a year. I've received over 30 phone calls and each one I explain I wasn't ready to buy and please take me off your list. Yesterday I got my 31st call and told him that now, you're pissing me off and I'd NEVER, EVER buy any car from any World Car Dealership!!!!!

Stay away unless you want your credit trashed.

Stay away unless you want your credit trashed. I took my son(first time buyer) to get a new car. We received a TrueCar quote which brought us but they did not uphold the pricing stating it doesn’t cover the additional things they had added on the car to protect the seats. He had pre approval through capital one but they shopped his credit to 11 other companies and came back asking for $7000 down. Now he can’t be approved through a bank because he will be seen as high risk because of this. Please stay away from Khalia because she claims she wants to help but screwed my child from getting his dream car.

We had a great experience, they had a little play area for the kids so our time there went smooth. The sales men was very knowledgable and he took the time to answer all of our questions. We are very happy with our purchase!

Avoid this service dept!n

There really needs to be a negative rating over the horrible service provided by this dealerships service department! They do not communicate status of vehicle and will not return calls. In fact it is likely they won’t answer the phone when you call. My 90 year old neighbor, whose I am assisting in getting her car repaired here, had her car sitting here a full month before they even looked at it. She has been stranded because of it! Then, when they did deign to call her and said it was repaired (brakes and new tires), she drove home and the brakes seized up as she drove the 4 miles to her home. Had to tow the car back the same day. Now another week has gone by no communication forcing us to physically come down and confront a clueless staff giving us every sob excuse under the Sun about how busy they are yet incapable of picking up the phone to let their paying customers know what is going on with their vehicles. Avoid this place at all costs and take your vehicle to a reputable repair/service center that will earn your loyalty.
